Բեռլինում դեմքերի ճանաչման համակարգ են գործարկել

Բեռլինում օգոստոսի 1-ին գործարկել են դեմքերի ավտոմատ ճանաչման համակարգ, որը մշակվել Է ԱՄՆ-ում: Առայժմ թեստային ռեժիմով: Դրա նպատակն Է բարձրացնել անվտանգության մակարդակը հասարակական վայրերում եւ տեսնել, թե դրան ինչպես կարձագանքի հասարակությունը: Թեեւ այս գափարն ունի նաեւ քննադատներ: Մարդիկ կարծում են, թե այս փորձնական ծրագիրը խախտում Է իրենց անձնական կյանքը:
Համակարգը թեստավորում են Զյուդկրոյց կայարանում՝ բեռլինյան Էլեկտրագնացքի ամենածանրաբեռնված կառամատույցներից մեկում: Այնտեղ կախել են տեսախցիկներ, որոնք կարող են հաշվարկել անցորդների դեմքերի կենսաչափական տվյալները: Նկարահանումը կատարվում Է շուրջօրյա, իսկ համակարգչային ծրագիրը մշտական ռեժիմով ստացված լուսանկարներն ու տեսագրությունները համեմատում Է տվյալների պահոցի հետ: Այժմ այնտեղ պահվում են 250 մարդու լուսանկարներ, որոնք որոշել են կամավոր հիմունքներով մասնակցել փորձին: Եթե համակարգիչը համընկնում Է տեսնում, ապա անմիջապես տեղեկացնում Է հերթապահներին: Հեռանկարում տվյալների պահոցը բաղկացած կլինի հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող հանցագործների լուսանկարներից:
«Այս համակարգը մեզ կօգնի կանխելու հանցագործությունները եւ խուսափելու պոտենցիալ վտանգավոր իրավիճակներից,- հայտնել են ֆեդերալ ոստիկանությունում:- Մենք կկարողանանք նախօրոք ճանաչել ենթադրյալ հանցագործներին, նախքան նրանք հարձակում կկատարեն»:
Համանման տեսակետ են հայտնում ներքին գործերի նախարարությունում: «Դա մեզ կօգնի բարձրացնելու անվտանգության մակարդակը հասարակական վայրերում»,- ասել Է գերատեսչության ղեկավար Թոմաս դե Մեզիերը:
Սակայն դեմքերի ճանաչման համակարգի ներդրմանը հասարակության արձագանքը միանշանակ չԷ: Վերստին հրատապ Է դառնում հետեւյալ հարցը. որտե՞ղ Է անցնում սահմանն անվտանգության եւ մարդու իրավունքների խախտման միջեւ: Ինչպես ասում Է անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության հարցերով Բեռլինի կառավարության լիազոր Մայա Սմոլչիկը, այս համակարգը «վիթխարի ռիսկեր» Է թաքցնում, քանի որ տեսականորեն կարող Է օգտագործվել ոչ ըստ նպատակի, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
