Սեպտեմբերից կնորոգվեն հարմարեցված ավտոբուսների վերելակները

Տրանսպորտի ոլորտում կան բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, որոնց լուծման համար մտահոգված անձիք փորձում են տարբեր առաջարկներ անել: Այս մասին օգոստոսի 2-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը խոսեցին «Հայաստանի սպառողների ասոցիացիա» ՀԿ նախագահ Արմեն Պողոսյանը և Երևանի ավագանու «Ելք» խմբակցության անդամ Զարուհի Բաթոյանը:
«668 քաղաքային ավտոբուսից 25-ի վրա վերելակներ են տեղադրվել, սակայն դրանցից միայն յոթն են աշխատում: Շատ են խնդիրները կապված կանգառների, ավտոբուսների չվացուցակների հետ: Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մարդկանց համար հարմարեցված ավտոբուսները գործում են միայն երեք երթուղիներով, այն էլ ոչ հաճախ: Հուսամ, որ սեպտեմբերից գոնե վերելակները կաշխատեն, բայց, ցավոք, դրանք քիչ են տեղաշարժման խնդիր ունեցող մարդկանց կյանքում դրական փոփոխության համար»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Զարուհի ԲաթոյանÕ! ¨:
Նա շեշտեց, որ դիմում է ներկայացրել Երևանի քաղաքապետարան, որում պարզ, բայց կարևոր կետեր են նշված: «Առաջին կետի համաձայն` պետք է տարեկան հիսուն ավտոբուս հարմարեցնել, ստեղծել չվացուցակ ավտոբուսների համար, լուծել վերելակների տեխնիկական սպասարկման հարցը, հարմարեցնել կանգառները և վարորդների համար դասընթացներ կազմակերպել»,-ասաց Բաթոյանը:
Արմեն Պողոսյանի խոսքով` խնդիրն ունի տնտեսական, էկոլոգիական, ֆինանսական և այլ կողմեր: «Շատ կարևոր է մարդու արժանապատվությունը: 21-րդ դարում չի կարելի նման անմարդկային պայմաններում երթևեկել: Բազմիցս տարբեր հարթակներում բարձրաձայնել եմ տրանսպորտի հետ կապված խնդիրները, սակայն դեռ դրական փոփոխություն չեմ տենում»,-ասաց նա:
Պողոսյանն առաջարկում է հարցերի լուծման նպատակով փոխել կազմակերպաիրավական ձևը ու ստեղծել բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերություն:
