ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում՝ պարզվել են Արագածոտնի մարզի Շամիրամ գյուղում տեղի ունեցած շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանության դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը. մեկ անձ հետախուզվում է, ևս մեկը՝ ձերբակալվել է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին քննչական կոմիտեից:

Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել 2017թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին 4 անձի մահվան ելքով տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ, պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով 1967թ. ծնված Թելման Քալաշյանն է: Մասնավորապես՝ 2017թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին ՝ ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում,  Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ Թ. Քալաշյանը գումարային հարցերի շուրջ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել իր ազգականի հետ՝ վերջինիս բարեկամներին տված պարտքով գումարը ստանալու պահանջով, որը վերածվել է վիճաբանության:  Այնուհետև՝ Թ. Քալաշյանը, իմանալով, որ ազգականը և վերջինիս բարեկամներն ու ընկերները գտնվում են Արագածոտնի մարզի Շամիրամ գյուղի գերեզմանատանը կից տեղակայված սգո սրահում, իր վարած «VAZ 21214» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով ժամանել է նշված վայր:  Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Թ. Քալաշյանը  մուտք է գործել սգո սրահ, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել, ապա՝ իր մոտ գտնվող հրազենով կրակոցներ է արձակել սրահում գտնվող բազմաթիվ անձանց ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով 4 անձ մահացել է, 7-ը՝ ստացել տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:  

Հանցավոր մտադրությունն իրականացնելուց հետո Թ. Քալաշյանն իր ավտոմեքենայով դիմել է փախուստի, որից հետո սգո սրահում ներկա գտնվողներից մեկը,  իր անձնական օգտագործման ավտոմեքենայով հետապնդել է Թ. Քալաշյանին՝ վերջինիս  փախուստը կանխելու և նրան բռնելու նպատակով:  Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ականատես անձը Շամիրամ գյուղի սկզբնամասում հասել և իր վարած ավտոմեքենայի դիմացի հատվածով հարվածել է Թ. Քալաշյանի վարած «VAZ 21214» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, որի հետևանքով նշված ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի հատվածից, մտել հարակից դաշտ և առաջացած անսարքության պատճառով՝ կանգնել:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Թ. Քալաշյանը հրազենը ձեռքին իջել է ավտոմեքենայից և  կրակոցներ արձակել իրեն հետապնդող անձի ուղղությամբ: Սակայն վերջինս խուսանավել է: Այնուհետև, Թ. Քալաշյանի հորեղբայրը մեկ այլ ավտոմեքենայով գնացել է Թ. Քալաշյանի մոտ, և միասին դիմել են փախուստի:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել Թ. Քալաշյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերով, 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: Վերջինիս հորեղբայրը ձերբակալվել է՝ հանցագործությունը պարտակելու կասկածանքով:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ  ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
