«Տարածաշրջանի շուրջ ներկայումս ծավալվող սուր դիմակայությունն այն պղտոր ջուրն է, որից օգտվելու համար առաջիկա ամիսներին թուրք-ադրբեջանական դիվանագիտությունն անցնելու է ակտիվ քայլերի: Թուրքիան արդեն սկսել է օգտագործել ստեղծված իրավիճակը՝ ներխուժելով Սիրիայի քրդաբնակ շրջաններ: Իսկ Ադրբեջանը սպասում է գերտերությունների հարաբերությունների հետագա վատթարացմանը նրանցից գոնե մեկից ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման քարտ-բլանշ ստանալու համար:
Նման պայմաններում Արցախի հարցում Իրանի ավանդական հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշումը վերջին ամիսներին ակնհայտորեն սկսել է ցուցադրել իր «հայկական տրենդը»: Բայց դա բավարար չէ դիմակայելու գալիք փորձություններին: Ստեղծված իրավիճակում Հայաստանը պետք է Իրանի հետ իր գործակցության մակարդակը բարձրացնի մի նոր աստիճանի, որը հիմնված կլինի անվտանգության խնդիրների ընդհանուր ընկալումից բխող այլընտրանքային տնտեսական նախագծերի վրա:
Դրանց իրականացման հնարավորություններն արդեն քննարկվել են Ադրբեջանից Թուրքիա ձգվող էներգետիկ ու տրանսպորտային նախագծերի միակ հնարավոր տարածաշրջանային հակակշռի՝ Իրան-Հայաստան-Վրաստան այլընտրանքի տեսքով: Դա վերաբերվում է և Իրանից տարեկան 500 միլիոն խմ գազի արտահանման խնդրին, և Պարսից ծոց-Սև ծով տրանսպորտային միջանցքին, և Իրանը ԵԱՏՄ շուկայի հետ կապելու համար ազատ տնտեսական գոտիների ստեղծման գործընթացին»,-գրում է թերթը:
