SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում հարուցված սպանությունների փաստով քրեական գործի շրջանակում վարչության քննիչները միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության 1-ին ատյանի դատարան, որպեսզի խուզարկութուն կատարվի Արմավիրի մարզի Մյասնիկյան գյուղի Թումանյան փողոցի տներից մեկում։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված տունը պատկանում է Արագածոտնի մարզի Շամիրամ գյուղի գերեզմանների հարևանությամբ գտնվող սգո սրահում քաղաքացիների վրա կրակած, այնուհետև դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմած 50-ամյա Թելման Վազիրի Քալաշյանին։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ քննիչները ընթերակաների ներկայությամբ նշված տանը՝ հյուրասենյակի բազմոցի դարակի մեջ, հայտնաբերել են «ՏՏ» տեսակի ատրճանակ՝ իր պահունակով՝ լիցքավորված 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի 8 փամփուշտով։ Թոնրատանն էլ քննիչները հայտնաբերել են չհաշվառված «ԻԺ-18 Ե» տիպի 1 փողանի ողորկափող որսորդական հրացան։ Քննիչների կողմից նշված զենքերն առգրավվել են և նշանակվել է դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություն։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել է նաև հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Թ. Քալաշյանի հորեղբայրը՝ համագյուղացի, 67-ամյա Քյարամ Բրոյի Քալաշյանը, ով Թ. Քալաշյանին ավտոմեքենայի վթարված վայրից տեղափոխել է իր վարած ВАЗ 2121 մակնիշի 18 ԼՏ 077 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական վարչությունը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ Թ. Քալաշյանին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ, ում նկատմամբ՝ որպես խափանման միջոց, կալանքի միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել քննիչը, և դատարանը բավարարել է միջնորդությունը։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում մի խումբ անձանց սպանության փաստով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում, որի նախաքննությունը Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի որոշմամբ հանձնարարվել էր ՀՔԿ հատկապես կարևորագույն գործերով քննչական գլխավոր վարչության փորձառու քննիչներին, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանությունը, նշված հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով որոնում է Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ, 50-ամյա Թելման Վազիրի Քալաշյանին:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, օգոստոսի 1-ին, դաժան ու ողբերգական դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Անհայտ անձը՝ զինված ինքնաձիգով, մտել էր Շամիրամ գյուղի գերեզմանների հարևանությամբ գտնվող սգո հանդիսությունների սրահ և կրակոցներ արձակել այնտեղ գտնվող քաղաքացիների ուղղությամբ։

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ կրակոցների հետևանքով կա 3 զոհ, 9 վիրավոր։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
