ՀՀ կառավարությունը Ջերմուկ քաղաքի կառուցապատման նպատակով Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությանը հատկացրեց 1 միլիարդ 190 մլն դրամ:
«Հայտնի է, որ մենք տարածքային անհամաչափության վերացման ուղղությամբ հանրապետությունում նախատեսում ենք 8-10, կարելի է ասել, չակերտավոր մեգապոլիսներ, որոնք իրենց շրջակայքի, գյուղական բնակավայրերի տարածքները պետք է աշխուժացնեն՝ առավել հզոր լինելու պայմանով»,- ասաց Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, հատկացված միջոցների նպատակն է հզորացնել ենթակառուցվածքները, ինչպես նաև նպաստել ընդհանուր բնակավայրի միջավայրի նորմալ ձևավորմանը: «Իսկ հաջորդ տարի, շարունակական այս ծրագրով, մենք ստեղծելու են բիզնեսի համար անհրաժեշտ մի շարք ենթակառուցվածքներ, որոնք Ջերմուկը դարձնելու են խիստ արդյունավետ կենտրոն, գրավչությունը խիստ մեծանալու է»,- ասաց նախարարը:
«Բոլորս հասկացե՞ լ ենք, որ Ջերմուկն արդեն մեգապոլիս է»,- կատակեց վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
«Բայց չակերտները չմոռանաք»,- արձագանքեց Դավիթ Լոքյանը:
