Շիրակի մարզում ավելացել է հանցագործությունների, միևնույն ժամանակ նաև բացահայտումների թիվը: Այս մասին օգոստոսի 3-ին կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը:

2017 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում մարզում արձանագրվել է 632 դեպք՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի 544-ի փոխարեն: «Ճիշտ է, ունենք հանցագործությունների թվի աճ, բայց նաև ունենք բացահայտումների բարելավում՝ անցած տարի արձանագրվել է բացահայտման 87 տոկոս, իսկ այս տարի՝ 88.4 տոկոս: Աճ ունենք նաև մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների թվի՝ նախորդ տարի 195 դեպք, այս տարի՝ 217, սրա հետ կապված ևս ունենք բացահայտման ցուցանիշի աճ՝ մոտ 94 տոկոս բացահայտում»,- նշեց Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը՝ փաստելով, որ մարզում գերակշռում են տնտեսական հանցագործությունները՝ գողություն, հափշտակություն:

Սպանության դեպքերը նվազել են՝ անցած տարի արձանագրվել է 5 դեպք, այս տարի 4, որից 2-ը բացահայտված են, չբացահայտված 1 դեպքը կապված է անձի անհետ կորելու փաստի հետ, որի վերաբերյալ հաղորդում տվել են հարազատները: «Քանի որ նման դեպքերում նյութերի նախապատրաստման թույլատրելի ժամկետը 10 օր է, տվյալ ժամանակահատվածում չհայտնաբերվելու պատճառով մեր կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ սպանության հատկանիշներով: Չբացահայտված մյուս գործը վերաբերում է Արթուր Հարությունյանի սպանության գործին: Այս պահին գործը գտնվում է նախաքննության փուլում: Կատարվում են բազմածավալ քննչական ու օպերատիվ գործողություններ»,- տեղեկացրեց դատախազը:

Գյումրիում հնչած կրակոցների մասով դատախազը տեղեկացրեց՝ շախմատի տան մոտ հնչած կրակոցների փաստով կա հարուցված քրեական գործ և որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված անձ: «Այս պահին ես ցուցում եմ տվել, որպեսզի գործն ուղարկվի դատարան, իսկ «Պոնչիկ-մոնչիկ» սրճարանի մոտ տեղի ունեցած կրակոցների դեպքով կրկին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, նաև ունենք որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված անձիք, ընդ որում, 2 անձ գտնվում են կալանքի տակ, որպես խափանման միջոց է նշանակվել կալանավորումը, 1 անձ գտնվում է հետախուզման մեջ»:

Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը համամիտ չէ Գյումրին «կրիմինալ» քաղաք համարողների հետ: «Միանշանակ ասում եմ, որ Գյումրին կրիմինալ քաղաք չէ, ինչ է նշանակում՝ մյուս տարածքներում չունե՞նք հանցագործություններ՝ ընդհակառակը՝ մյուս տարածքներում առավել շատ են հատկապես ծանր հանցագործությունները՝ սպանությունների, ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքների դեպքերը, իսկ մեր մարզում անցած տարի ունեցել ենք 15 դեպք ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու, իսկ այս տարի 2՝ սա կտրուկ նվազում է ու այդ 2 դեպքն էլ բացահայտված է»: Մարզում այս ընթացքում արձանագրվել է նաև կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների 15 դեպք, որոնք գտնվում են նախաքննության փուլում: Դրանք տարբեր բնույթի հանցագործություններ են՝ յուրացում կամ այլ:

Ըստ վիճակագրության՝ մարզում անչափահասների կողմից իրականացվող հանցագործությունների մեծ մասը թալանի ու գողության հետ է կապված : Մարզում աճ է գրանցվել թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքերի՝ այս տարի 41 դեպք է գրանցվել՝ անցած տարվա 34-ի փոխարեն: Այս տարի մարզում նաև 4 գործ հարուցված է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 262 հոդվածով (պոռնկություն): «Այս պահին անձանց պոռնկության մեջ ներգրավելու հատկանիշներով ունենք 4 քրեական գործ հարուցված և որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված անձինք՝ գործերը գտնվում են նախաքննության փուլում, 4-ն էլ հյուրատներում կատարված: Այս տարի թրաֆիքինգի դեպքեր չկան»,- հավելեց Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը:
