Կառավարությունն Իրանի հետ սահմանին ազատ տնտեսական գոտին կառավարող ընկերություն հիմնեց

Հայաստանի կառավարությունն Իրանի հետ սահմանին ազատ տնտեսական գոտին վերահսկող ընկերություն հիմնեց։ Այս մասին որոշումը կայացվեց օգոստոսի 3-ին, նախարարների կաբինետի նիստում։

«Մեղրիի ազատ տնտեսական գոտի» ՍՊԸ-ն կաշխատի ձեռնարկություններ ներգրավելու եւ դրանց գործունեությանն աջակցելու ուղղությամբ։ Օպերատորը մասնավոր կլինի։ Ենթադրաբար, 10 տարում ընդհանուր ծախսերը կկազմեն 32 մլն դոլար, իսկ եկամուտները՝ 52 մլն դոլար։

Ըստ կառավարության՝ 10 տարում Մեղրիի ազատ գոտին նախատեսում է ներգրավել 100-120 ընկերություններ եւ 350-400 մլն դոլարի ներդրումներ։ Սպասվում է, որ այդ ընկերությունները Հայաստանից արտահանումը կավելացնեն տարեկան 100-120 մլն դոլարով։ Կընդլայնվի հիմնականում Եվրասիական միության երկրներ, Իրան, Մերձավոր Արեւելք եւ Միջին Ասիայի երկրներ, այդ թվում՝ Թուրքմենստան արտահանումը։ Ավելի քան 2500 աշխատատեղ կբացվի։

Համեմատության համար՝ 2014-2016 թվականներին Հայաստանում գործող երկու ազատ տնտեսական գոտիներում 15 ընկերություն է ներգրավվել, որոնք պատրաստվում են 182 մլն դոլարի ներդրումներ անել եւ 590 նոր աշխատատեղ ստեղծել։

Հայաստանի օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ ազատ առեւտրի գոտում աշխատող ընկերություններն ազատվում են ԱԱՀ-ից, ինչպես նաեւ եկամտահարկից (անհատ ձեռներեցների համար)։ Նախատեսված չեն նաեւ գույքահարկ եւ մաքսային տուրքեր։ Սակայն այդ արտոնությունները լիովին գործում են միայն Հայաստանից արտահանելիս։ Երկրի ներսում ապրանքներ իրացնելիս անհրաժեշտ է վճարել տուրքն ու ԱԱՀ-ն։
