Մարդիկ, որոնք ուզում են երկար ապրել և չհիվանդանալ, պետք է օգտագործեն սխտորի հիմքով պատրաստված այս թուրմը: Այն միջոց է աթերոսկլերոզի, գլխուղեղի ակտիվության նվազման, ծերունական խլության, աղիների վատ աշխատանքի, քրոնիկ հոգնածության դեմ: Ներկայացնում ենք թուրմի պատրաստման և օգտագործման եղանակները: Թուրմը պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ է 350 գ մանրացրած սխտոր (չի կարելի քերիչով անցկացնել կամ ճզմել, միայն կտրատել) և կես լիտր 96 տոկոսանոց սպիրտ: Սխտորը պետք է խառնել սպիրտին և 10 օր պահել մութ տեղում: Այնուհետև քամել թուրմը և նորից երկու օր պահել մութ տեղում: Թուրմը օգտագործել հետևյալ եղանակով՝ Առաջին օրը՝ առավոտյան 1 կաթիլ, կեսօրին՝ 2, երեկոյան՝ 3: Երկրորդ օր՝ առավոտյան 3 կաթիլ, կեսօրին՝ 4, երեկոյան՝ 5: Երրորդ օր՝ առավոտյան 5 կաթիլ, կեսօրին՝ 6, երեկոյան՝ 7: Չորրորդ օր՝ առավոտյան 7 կաթիլ, կեսօրին՝ 8, երեկոյան՝ 9: Հինգերորդ օր՝ առավոտյան 10 կաթիլ, կեսօրին՝ 11, երեկոյան՝ 12: Վեցերորդ օր՝ առավոտյան 15 կաթիլ, կեսօրին՝ 14, երեկոյան՝ 13: Այնուհետև նույն հաճախականությամբ նվազեցնում ենք կաթիլների քանակը մինչև 10-րդ օրը՝ հասցնելով մեկ կաթիլի: 11-րդ օրվանից սկսած՝ թուրմը օգտագործել 50 մգ՝ մոտավորապես մեկ ճաշի գդալ կաթով, օրական երեք անգամ 25 կաթիլ: Օգտագործել, մինչև թուրմը ամբողջովին վերջանա: Բուժման կուրսը կարելի է կրկնել միայն 5 տարի անց: Այն հակացուցված է ստամոքսի բարձր թթվայնությամբ, գաստրիտով և ստամոքսի խոցով տառապող մարդկանց:
