ՀՀ նախագահը ՄԱԿ-ի բարձր ամբիոնից հայտարարեց՝ եզդիների նկատմամբ կատարվածը, ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան ցեղասպանություն

Ենթադրվում էր, որ 21 դարում աշխարհն ավելի ժողովրդավար ու մարդասեր պետք է լիներ, սակայն ականատեսը եղանք, թե ինչպես սկսվեցին տարատեսակ ոճիրները ժողովուրդների նկատմամբ: Այսօր «Պոստ Սկրիպտում» մամուլի ակումբում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նման տեսակետ հատնեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, պետական-իրավական եւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողվի փոխնախագահ Ռուստամ Մախմուդյանը:
 
«2014 թ-ի օգոստոսի 3-ի ոճրագործությունը ցեղասպանություն էր: Դեռ երեք տարի առաջ «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը, որ արդեն նախաձռնել էր այդ ոճիրը, բոլոր քրիստոնյաներին առաջարակել էր լքել Իրաքի տարածքը: Բայց եզդիներին ոչ քրիստոնյա, հեթանոս ազգ անվանելով ու ասելով, թե նրանք անհավատ են, ԻՊ-ն իր առջեւ նպատակ էր դրել ոչնչացնել եզդիներին: Այս գործողությունների հետեւանքով շուրջ 200 հարյուր հազար եզդիներ աքսորվեցին, գերվեցին: Այսօր շուրջ 4000 կանայք գտնվում են ստրկության մեջ, որ, հակառակ իրենց կամքին, բավարարում են զինյալ տղամարդկանց ֆիզիկական ու սեռական կարիքները, ցանկություները»,- ասաց բանախոսը:
 
Ռ. Մախմուդյանն իր խոսքում ընդգծեց` զոհերի թվի մասին հստակ թվերով խոսելը հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ եզդիներ կան, որ այս պահին գուցե սարերում են բնակվում, բայց նրանք ներառված են անհայտ զոհերի թվակազմում. «Կարող եմ հստակ խոսել փախստականների թվի մասին, որը շուրջ 300 հարյուր հազարի է հասնում»:
 
Մախմուդյանը վստահեցրեց` եզդիների նկատմամբ իրականացված ոճրագործությունն արդյունք էր դեռ 100 տարի առաջ հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ իրականացված ցեղասպանության չդատապարտմանը:
 
Խոսելով նաեւ միջազգային հանրության կողմից եզդիների նկատմամբ իրականացրած ցեղասպանությունը դատապարտելու մասին` ԱԺ պետական-իրավական եւ մարդու իրավունքների մշտական հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահը նշեց.
«ՄԱԿ-ը գուցե ոչ այդքան անուղղակիորեն, բայց եզդիների նկատմամբ կատարվածը դիտարկել է որպես ցեղասպանություն: ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահը եզդիների նկատմամբ կատարվածը դատապարտեց` պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով աջակցել փախստական եզդիներին: ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ՄԱԿ-ի բարձր ամբիոնից ասաց, որ եզդիների նկատմամբ կատարվածը, ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան ցեղասպանություն: Ես ինչու եմ խոսում միայն գերտերությունների կողմից եզդիների ցեղասպանության ճանաչման մասին, քանի որ այս երեւույթի դատապարտումը մեծ թափ կարող է ստանալ, երբ դրա մասին առավել շատ խոսեն գերտերությունները: Եվ անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե գերտերությունները դա կճանաչեն, թե ոչ, ՄԱԿ-ի կոնվենցիայի դրույթներն արդեն իսկ տալիս են այս հարցի պատասխանը` ցեղասպանություն էր»,- ասաց Ռուստամ Մախմուդյանը:
 
Պատգամավորը վստահեցրեց, որ եզդիների նկատմամաբ կատարված ոճրագործությունը համարժեք արձագանք կունենա նաեւ ՀՀ օրեսդիր մարմնի կողմից
«Կարծում եմ՝ աշնանը նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես կգանք, ըստ որի` ՀՀ-ն` որպես ցեղասպանություն վերապրած պետություն, կճանաչի այն` գոնե Ազգային Ժողովի մակարդակով»,- եզրափակեց Ռուստամ Մախմուդյանը:
