Рианна пошла по стопам Анджелины Джоли?
VIDEOПосле путешествия в Малави в январе 2017 года Рианна решила помочь детям юго-восточной Африки, объявив об инициативе поддержать местные школы стипендиями и обеспечить их велосипедами.
Фонд Рианны «Clara Lionel Foundation» (CLF), основанный в 2012 году в честь ее бабушки и дедушки, предоставит стипендии ученицам Малави, и что немаловажно, снабдит их велосипедами.
Начальные школы в Малави начисляют 4, 6 миллиона учеников, при этом комплектация школ составляет лишь 8%. Особенно остро в регионе стоит вопрос о транспортировании школьников.
«Я так рада, что новая инициатива фонда «CLF» помогает молодым людям со всего мира получить качественное образование, в частности, поможет школьницам из Малави добираться в школу безопасно, минуя долгие расстояния, которые девочки преодолевали на пути в школу и обратно самостоятельно» - заявила Рианна.
