 «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի խնդիրները կարճ ժամկետում լուծելու ՀՀ Նախագահի հանձնարարականների կատարման շրջանակներում ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանի մոտ կայացած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ տրված հանձնարարականները կատարելու նպատակով` օգոստոսի 3-ին կայացել է աշխատանքային քննարկում Դիլիջան համայնքում գործող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, կրթօջախների, միջազգային ծրագրերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ներկաներին քննարկման հրավերին արձագանքելու համար և ներկայացրել խնդրի լուծման համալիր միջոցառման բաղադրիչներից մեկի` Դիլիջան ազգային պարկի հարակից համայնքների բնակիչների մոտ էկոմտածողության ձևավորման, իրազեկվածության մակարդակի բարձրացման նպատակով էկոկրթական միջոցառումների ծրագրի մշակման նախաձեռնությունը: Նախարարի տեղակալը ներկաներին կոչ է արել ներգրավվել միջոցառումների մշակման և իրականացման գործընթացին և տեղեկացրել է, որ հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվելու այն մեխանիզմների ձևավորման վրա, որոնք կխրախուսեն տեղի բնակիչների կողմից կողմնակի անտառօգտագործումը, ինչն էականորեն կնվազեցնի բնապահպանական խնդիրների ծավալը:

Քննարկման մասնակիցները ներկայացրել են իրենց գործունեության ընթացքում արձանագրած բնապահպանական հիմնահարցերը, դրանց լուծման ուղղությամբ տարված աշխատանքները և հնչեցրել առաջարկներ: Առաջնային է համարվել տեղում միասնական խորհրդակցական հարթակի ստեղծումը, որտեղ շահագրգիռ կառույցների և կրթօջախների ներկայացուցիչները պարբերական հանդիպումների միջոցով կհամադրեն և կկանոնակարգեն էկոկրթական ծրագրերը և միջոցառումները:

Աշխատանքային քննարկման արդյունքում, որոշվել է մեկշաբաթյա ժամկետում ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարություն ներկայացնել գրավոր առաջարկներ` «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի հարակից համայնքների բնակիչների համար էկոկրթական և իրազեկման միջոցառումների ծրագրի մշակման նպատակով:
