«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.
«Այն բանից հետո, երբ 2014թ. օգոստոսից Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների հետևանքով ռուսական տնտեսությունը հայտնվեց ճգնաժամի առաջ, կտրուկ նվազեցին դեպի Հայաստան մասնավոր փոխանցումների ծավալները: Նվազումը շարունակվել է մինչ նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբեր, և զարմանալի զուգադիպությամբ արտերկրից Հայաստան մասնավոր դրամական փոխանցումներն աճել են ԱԺ-ի և Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների նախաշեմին: Ընդ որում, հիմնական գումարները եկել են հենց Ռուսաստանից:
Պաշտոնական վիճակագրությունից «Ժողովուրդ»-ը տեղեկացավ, որ այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում տրանսֆերտների չափը կազմել է 312,9 մլն դոլար, որի գրեթե կեսը՝ 127.4 մլն դոլարը, փոխանցվել է մարտին՝ ապրիլի 2-ի ԱԺ ընտրություններից առաջ: Իսկ արդեն մայիսին տրանսֆերտները կազմել են 154.9 մլն դոլար՝ մոտ 50 մլն-ով ավելի՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ: Կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ նախընտրական ծախսերի, այդ թվում բաժանված ընտրակաշառքի մեծ մասը Հայաստան է բերվել հենց մասնավոր փոխանցումների միջոցով:
Դժվար է միանշանակ ասել՝ ափսոսե՞լ են ՀՀ իշխանությունները ծախսել Հայաստանում իրենց ունեցած գումարները, օգտագործել պահուստները, թե՞ եղածն արդեն քչություն է արել, ու ստիպված են եղել դրսում իրենց ունեցած միջոցները ներգրավել: Ամեն դեպքում, թվերը շատ խոսուն են»:
