Ադրբեջանում իշխանությունները «թաղել» են ընտրությունները. «Ազադլըգ»

Ադրբեջանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացման շոուին 10 օր է մնացել: Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի գրանցած 1246 թեկնածուներից 475 հոգին հրաժարվել են ընտրությունից` իշխանությունների կողմից պատգամավորների ցուցակը նախապես կազմված լինելու հետ կապված դրանք անիմաստ համարելու պատճառով: Բանը հասել է նրան, որ իշխանությունը հրաժարվել է անգամ ընտրությունների նմանակումից:
Այս մասին, հայտնում է «Ազադլիըգ» թերթը` նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանում իշխանությունները «թաղել» են ընտրությունները:
Թերթը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանում չեղյալ է հայտարարվել ընտրությունների քարոզչության համար անվճար եթերաժամանակի տրամադրումը, իսկ վճարովի եթերաժամանակի վճարը խիստ բարձր է:
«Ընդհանուր պատկերը ցույց է տալիս, որ քարոզչություն կարող ենկատարել ընտրացուցակում ընդգրկված միայն 70-80 թեկնածուներ, որոնքառաջադրվել են իշխող «Ենի Ազերբայջան» կուսակցության կողմից:Փողոցներում երեւում են միայն նրանց քարոզչական պաստառները:Այսինքն` իշխող կուսակցության «մրցակ ցային ընտրություն»նախաձեռնողականությունը այլ բան չէ, քան օճառի փրփուրը», -գրում է թերթը:
Ըստ պարբերականի` նոյեմբերի 1-ին անցկացվելիք ընտրություններում, իշխանությունների ջանքերով, ոչ հարուստ թեկնածուների քարոզչական հնարավորություններն ամբողջությամբ զրոյացվեցին, թեկնածուներին այնպիսի «երես» ցույց տրվեց, որ ընտրությունից զանգվածային հրաժարումներ եղան եւ հաստատվեց իշխանության ցուցակի առկայության փաստը: Փաստորեն, իշխանությունները բացահայտ կերպով խոստովանեցին, որ միայն փող ունեցող եւ վարչակարգի ցուցակում ընդգրկվածները կարող են նախընտրական քարոզչություն տանել:
«Այսպիսով, ընդհանուր պատկերը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանում երկար տարիներ «կոմայի» վիճակում գտնվող ընտրությունը «մահացել» է: Նոյեմբերի 1-ին հանգուցյալին կհանձնեն հողին», -գրում է թերթը:
