Երևանի 28 փողոցներում կտեղադրվի էներգախնայող լուսավորություն:
Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 20-ին Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի, ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից համաձայնագրի կնքմանն ասաց ՎԶԵԲ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար ՄարկԴեվիսը:
«Մենք միշտ ասել ենք, որ հայաստանում էն»րգոխնայողության լավագույն եղանակը եներգախնայողության տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրումն է, մի հարց, որի լուծման վրա կենտրոնացած է Էներգետիկայի նախարարությունը: Այս պիլոտային ծրագրի արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի ունենալ տարեկան 2000 մեգավատ էներգախնայողություն: Ի լրումն, Երևանի լուսավորության որակի բարձրացման հետ մեկտեղ այս ծրագրի շրջանակներում, կիրառելով էներգախնայող լապտերը, հնարավոր կլինի նվազեցնել սնդիկի արտանետումը շրջակա միջավայր, քանի որ ներկա պահին Երևանի լուսավորության համակարգում բաÕ �ականին բարձր է սնդիկի արտանետումների մակարդակը», - ասաց ՎԶԵԲ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Մարկ Դեվիս:
Նա հավելեց, որ այս փորձնական ծրագրի ավարտին,որը կիրականացվի Երևանի 28 փողոցներում, այն կներդրվի մայրաքաղաքի մնացած փողոցներում: Ծրագրի արժեքը կկազմի 57 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար:
ՎԶԵԲ-ի կողմից Երևանի քաղաքային լուսավորության արդիականացման պիլոտային ծրագրին տրամադրվելու է 1,9 մլն եվրո համաֆինանսավորման դրամաշնորհ: Ծրագիրը կօգնի ներմուծել նոր էներգաարդյունավետ լուսադիոդային (LED) լուսավորություն, հսկողության և մոնիտորինգի համակարգ, սյուների փոխարինում և վերանորոգում, ինչպես նաև կատարել սնուցող մալուխների փոխարինում:
ՎԶԵԲ E5P հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչ Անդրեաս Լունդը տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստանը E5P ծրագրի համադոնորներից է, որի մնացած ներդրողներն են են ԵՄ-ն, Շվեդիան, Դանիան, Չեխիան, Լեհաստանը, Գերմանիան: Այն բազմաթիվ դոնորների կողմից ձևավորված հիմնադրամ է, որի դրամագլուխը կազմում է 117 միլիոն եվրո, և առաջին 20 միլիոնը հատկացվել է Հայաստանին:
«E5P ծրագրի շրջանակներում տրամադրվող միջոցները դրամաշնորհներ են, սակայն դրանք հնարավոր է օգտագործել միայն փոխառության միջոցների հետ, ինչպես Երևանում այս ծրագիրն իրականացվում է Եվրոպական զարգացման և վերակառուցման բանկի տրամադրված վարկային միջոցների հետ», - ասաց Անդրեաս Լունդը:
«Ներկա պահին կան բազմաթիվ այլ խորագրեր, որոնք քննարկվում են դրամաշնորհ ստանալու համար և դրանք բազմազան են՝ սկսած աղբահանությունից մինչև դպրոցներում էներգախնայողության ծրագրեր: Մեր նպատակն է այս դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի միջոցով մեղմել վարկային բեռը և հնարավորությոն ստեղծել կիրառելու նոր տեխնոլոգիաները էնէրգախնայողության նպատակով», - ասաց Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների փխնախարար Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
Ակնկալվում է, որ նոր լուսադիոդային լուսավորությունը 64 տոկոսով կկրճատի էներգիայի սպառման ծախսերը, ինչը կհանգեցնի քաղաքապետարանի էլեկտրաէներգիայի տարեկան ծախսերի խնայողությանը:
