Աղիքային վարակները Հայաստանում հունիսին ավելացել են ի հաշվի Սյունիքի Խնձորեսկ համայնքում տեղային բռնկման

Աղիքային վարակների ավելացումը հունիսին՝ մայիսի համեմատ, Սյունիքի մարզի Խնձորեսկ համայնքում հիվանդության տեղային բռնկման արդյունք է: Վարակի հետագա տարածումը կանխելու նպատակով իրականացվել են համաճարակաբանական հետազոտություններ և կանխարգելիչ, հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումներ: Մյուս մարզերում իրավիճակը համեմատաբար հանգիստ է:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի հատուկ վտանգավոր և օդակաթիլային վարակների համաճարակաբանության բաժնի պետ Լիանա Թորոսյանը:
«Աղիքային վարակների դեպքերը հունիսին, 2016-ի նույն ժամանակի համեմատ, նվազել են 2-3 տոկոսով, սակայն ավելացել են ՝ մայիս ամսվա համեմատ: Հիվանդացության աճը պայմանավորված է Սյունիքի մարզի Խնձորեսկ համայնքում խմելու ջրի աղտոտմամբ: Հունիսի 14-26-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նշված համայնքում արձանագրվել է աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդության տեղային բռնկում, ինչի արդյունքում տուժել են 35 բնակիչ: Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ շինարարական աշխատանքների արդյունքում վնասվել էր խմելու ջրի ներքին ցանցը, ինչը հանգեցրել էր ջրի աղտոտման ու հիվանդության բռնկման: Սակայն արագ արձագանքման արդյունքում բռնկումը տեղայնացվել է, կանխվել է հիվանդության հետագա տարածումը, բարդացած դեպքեր ևս չենք ունեցել»,-ասաց Լիանա Թորոսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ մյուս մարզերում վիճակը համեմատաբար հանգիստ է, թեև դեպքեր արձանագրվում են, քանի որ աղիքային վարակի սեզոնն է: «Հիվանդացությունն ունի օրինաչափ սեզոնայնություն: Աղիքային հիվանդությունները գլուխ են բարձրացնում գարնան վերջին, ամռանը և աշնան առաջին երկու ամիսներին: Սակայն իրավիճակը վերահսկելի է, իրականացվում են մշտադիտարկումներ»,-նշեց Թորոսյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ վարակման գործոններ են աղտոտված ջուրը, շոգ եղանակին սննդի պատրաստման կանոնները չպահպանելը և կեղտոտ ձեռքերը: Սակայն կանխարգելիչ ճիշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում կարելի է հնարավորինս նվազեցնել հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը: Այս նպատակով առողջապահության նախարարությունը՝ ի դեմս Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի, բնակչության շրջանում իրականացնում է առողջ ապրելակերպի քարոզչություն, բժշկահիգիենիկ գիտելիքների տարածում, ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների հետ պարբերաբար իրականացվում են հաղորդումներ, քննարկումներ:
«Այդ ուղղությամբ ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցառումը հանրային իրազեկումն է: Սեզոնին բնորոշ վարակների ժամանակ ԱՆ-ն պարբերաբար հաղորդումներ, քննարկումներ է անցկացնում, որպեսզի հանրությունն իրազեկվի, թե այդ սեզոնն ինչով է առանձնահատուկ, ինչ հիվանդություններ կարող են առաջանալ: Իսկ համաճարակաբանները տիրապետում են իրենց աշխատանքի ամբողջական համալիրին: Բնակչությունը ևս պետք է ականջալուր լինի պատկան մարմինների կողմից տրվող տեղեկատվությանը, խորհուրդներին և ցուցաբերի գրագետ մոտեցում»,- եզրափակեց համաճարակաբանը:
