Ջրծաղիկի դեպքերը հունիսին նվազել են Հայաստանում

Ջրծաղիկի դեպքերի նվազումը 2017-ի հունիսին՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակի համեմատ, կապված է երեխաների՝ փակ տարածքներում չլինելու և շփման հնարավորինս նվազեցման, ինչպես նաև բարենպաստ եղանակային պայմանների հետ:  Իսկ քութեշի դեպքերի ավելացումը պարզապես համաճարակաբանական հսկողության համակարգի կատարելագործման արդյունք է:

 «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի հատուկ վտանգավոր և օդակաթիլային վարակների համաճարակաբանության բաժնի պետ Լիանա Թորոսյանը:

«Ջրծաղիկն ու վարակային մոնոնուկլեոզը օդակաթիլային վարակիչ հիվանդություններ են և դեպքերի 70 տոկոսում արձանագրվում են երեխաների շրջանում: Իսկ ցանկացած օդակաթիլային վարակի դեպքում, եթե բացառում ենք շփումը, վարակը ևս նահանջում է, ինչին մենք այսօր ականատես ենք: Դպրոցները փակվեցին, երեխաներն արդեն ոչ թե փակ տարածքներում են իրենց հիմնական ժամանակն անցկացնում, այլ բակերում, խաղահրապարակներում: Իսկ հարուցիչները շատ կայուն չեն արևի ճառագայթների ներքո, ինչն իր ուրույն տեղն ունի դեպքերի նվազեցման գործում»,-ասաց Լիանա Թորոսյանը:

Ըստ «Վարակիչ հիվանդությունների սննդային և քիմիական թունավորումների համաճարակային իրավիճակ» 2017թ. հունիս ամսվա տեղեկագրի՝ ջրծաղիկով և վարակային մոնոնուկլեոզով հիվանդացության դեպքերը Հայաստանում 2017-ի հունիսին՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, նվազել են 1.1-1.3 անգամ: Նույն ամսում քութեշով հիվանդացությունն ավելացել է 1.4 անգամ:

«Քութեշի դեպքերն ավելացել են՝ կապված քութեշի համաճարակաբանական հսկողության համակարգի կատարելագործման հետ, վերանայվել և տեղայնացվել են դեպքերի ստանդարտ բնորոշումները, կատարելագործվել են նաև լաբորատոր կարողությունները: Դա բացարձակապես խուճապի առիթ չպետք է հանդիսանա, հիվանդացության որոշակի ավելացում ունենք պարզապես կատարելագործված համակարգի արդյունքում: Այժմ դեպքերն ավելի ճիշտ են հաշվառվում և ախտորոշվում»,-ասաց Թորոսյանը:

Խոսելով գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների մասին՝ Լիանա Թորոսյանն ասաց, որ լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքները վկայում են, որ այսօր ընդհանրապես չունենք գրիպի վիրուսի շրջանառություն, հանրապետությունը 20-րդ շաբաթից դուրս է եկել գրիպի սեզոնից: Արձանագրվող մնացած սուր շնչառական վարակները 1.3 անգամ նվազել են՝ նախորդ տարվա համեմատ: «Արձանագրվող շնչառական վարակները, որոնք բազմագործոն են,  ենթարկվում են մշտադիտարկման: Կարևոր է նաև չբացառել ալերգեն գործոնը, որը կարող է բերել քթահոսության, ինչն էլ մարդիկ հաճախ դիտարկում են որպես գրիպ»,-ասաց Լիանա Թորոսյանն ու հորդորեց նախքան ինքնուրույն եզրակացություններ անելը դիմել բժշկի:
