Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի գործով նիստին դարձյալ փաստաբանները չկարողացան ներկայանալ. Սեֆիլյանը հրաժարվեց հանրային պաշտպանից

Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի գործով դատական նիստին դարձյալ պաշտպաններ Արայիկ Պապիկյանը եւ Նինա Կարապետյանցը չկարողացան ներկայանալ։ Արայիկ Պապիկյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց, որ դատարանը արդեն երրորդ անգամ է՝ իրեն ծանուցում չի ուղարկում նիստին ներկայանալու վերաբերյալ։

Պաշտպանը հայտարարեց, որ դատարանը այս անօրինակությունը թույլ է տալիս ամենայն հավանականությամբ այն պատճառով, որ դրանից առաջ մի քանի անգամ ինքը չի ներկայացել նիստին։ Իսկ մյուս պաշտպան Նինա Կարապետյանցը չկարողացավ նիստին ներկայանալ, քանի որ հերթական անգամ հրաժարվեց զննություն անցնել՝ համարելով, որ դա խուզարկություն է, ինչի իրավունքը կարգադրիչները չունեն։

Նինա Կարապետյանցը որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի անձնագրով մուտք գործեց դատարանի դահլիճ եւ դատավորին բանավոր զեկուցեց՝ ինչի պատճառով չի կարողանում ներկայանալ նիստին։ Դատավոր Տաթեւիկ Գրիգորյանը պնդեց, որ պետք է ենթարկվել կարգադրիչների օրինական պահանջին եւ առհասարակ, կարող է դատարան մուտք գործել անձնագրով որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի եւկատարել իր գործառույթները։ Նինա Կարապետյանցը հայտարարեց, որ այդպես չի կարող, քանի որ իրեն անհրաժեշտ պարագաները չի կարողանում ներս բերել կարգադրիչների «խուզարկության» պատճառով։

Քանի որ փաստաբանները չկարողացան մասնակցել նիստին դատավորը հանրային պաշտպան ներգրավելու որոշում ընդունեց, ինչից  հրաժարվեցին ամբաստանյալները։ Տաթեւիկ Գրիգորյանը դատական սանկցիա կիրառեց Նինա Կարապետյանցի նկատմամբ։  Դատարանի դահլիճ հրավիրվեց Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը, որը հայտարարեց, որ իր պաշտպանը Արա Զաքարյանն է եւ արգելեց որ նա իր բացակայության դեպքում իրականացնի պաշտպանական գործառույթ։

Նիստը հետաձգվեց մինչեւ օգոստոսի 11–ը, հաջորդ ուրբաթ օրը։
