Հայաստանում համակարգչային հանցագործության դեպքերի գերակշիռ մասը տեխնիկայի միջոցով հափշտակություններն են

Հայաստանում 2017 թվականի 6 ամիսների ընթացքում գրանցվել է համակարգչային հանցագործության 128 դեպք: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից, համակարգչային հանցագործության դեպքերի գերակշիռ մասը վերաբերվում է հափշտակություններին, որոնք կատարվել են համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ`38 դեպք, որից 35-ով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ,13-ը ուղարկվել դատարան: «Շոշափելի թիվ են կազմում նաև համակարգչային տեղեկատվությանը ապօրինի տիրանալու դեպքերը: 2017 թվականի 6 ամիսների ընթացքում գրանցվել է 16 նման դեպք, նույն քանակությամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, իսկ 2-ը ուղարկվել է դատարան»,- նշեցին ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՀԿԼ վարչությունից:
Այս տարի նաև գրանցվել է պոռնկագրական նյութեր կամ առարկաներ ապօրինի տարածելու 9 դեպք և վնասաբեր ծրագրեր մշակելու, օգտագործելու եւ տարածելու մեկ դեպք:
«ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից պարբերաբար կազմակերպվում են հեռուստահաղորդումներ, իսկ ոստիկանության մասնագիտացված ստորաբաժանման ծառայողների կողմից տարբեր ԶԼՄ-ների տրվող հարցազրույցների միջոցով ներկայացվում են կիբերհանցավորության տարբեր դրսևորումները և այլ արդի մարտահրավերները այս ոլորտում»,- ասացին ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՀԿԼ վարչությունից:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կազմում գործող բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում կատարվող հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժինը ակտիվ համագործակցություն է իրականացնում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի, Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության և մի շարք այլ միջազգային կառույցների հետ:
2016 թվականին, ընդհանուր առմամբ, գրանցվել է համակարգչային հանցագործության 180 դեպք, որից 48-ը համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ հափշտակություն է, 28 դեպք կապված է համակարգչային տեղեկատվությանն ապօրինի տիրանալու հետ, պոռնկագրական նյութեր կամ առարկաներ ապօրինի տարածելու 13 դեպք և համակարգչային սաբոտաժի 1 դեպք:
