Վանաձորի բուժկենտրոնում 90-ամյա կնոջը կոնքազդրային հոդի էնդոպրոթեզավորում է կատարվել

Մարզերում բժշկական ծառայությունների զարգացումն ու ընդլայնումը ոչ միայն հիվանդների բուժումը տեղում կազմակերպելու, այլև բժիշկների մասնագիտական ունակությունների զարգացման նպատակ է հետապնդում։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին առողաջապահության նախարարությունից, մինչև նորակառույց, արդիական սարքերով հագեցած հիվանդանոցի շահագործումը Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնը, աշխատելով հին շենքի ոչ բարվոք պայմաններում, շարունակում է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել, այդ թվում` անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումներ ձեռք բերել, մատուցվող ծառայությունների ցանկն ընդլայնելու և բուժման արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Օրերս Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնում մարզում առաջին անգամ կատարվել է կոնքազդրային հոդի էնդոպրոթեզավորում: 90-ամյա կինը վայր էր ընկել և վնասել ձախ ազդրի վզիկը: Չնայած թրոմբոէմբոլիկ բարդությունների հետ կապված ռիսկերին` վնասվածքաբան-օրթոպեդ Վահրամ Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ կատարվել է կոնքազդրային հոդի էնդոպրոթեզավորում։ Երկու ժամ տևած վիրահատությունն անցել է բարեհաջող, հիվանդը դուրս է գրվել լավացումով:
Նման կոտրվածքների դեպքում նախկինում հիվանդն ուղեգրվում էր մայրաքաղաքի մասնագիտացված որևէ բուժհաստատություն կամ մասնագետներ էին հրավիրվում վիրահատությունը տեղում իրականացնելու նպատակով:
Նշենք, որ Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնի վիրաբուժական բաժանմունքում իրականացվում են նաև լապարասկոպիկ վիրահատություններ` խոլեցիստէկտոմիա, ապենդէկտոմիա, ինչպես նաև լապարասկոպիկ ախտորոշում:
Կերակրափողի, ստամոքսի և 12-մատնյա աղիքի գաստրոէնդոսկոպիկ հետազոտությունները մասնագետները, բացի բերանայինից, իրականացնում են նաև ներքթային եղանակով: Կատարվում են նաև կոլոնոսկոպիա, պոլիպների հեռացում, արյունահոսության դադարեցում` սկլերոթերապիա, կերակրափողի վարիկոզ լայնացած երակների լիգավորում։ Մանկական գերբարակ նազալ գաստրոսկոպի միջոցով հնարավորին է դարձել հետազոտել անգամ նորածիններին, որի կարիքը մարզի մասնագետները զգացել են:
