ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնին 16 մլն դոլարին համարժեք աջակցություն կտրամադրվի

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերվել 2017թ. ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնին տրամադրել շուրջ 16 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք աջակցություն, որը ներառում է փրկարարական գույք և սարքավորումներ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, անհրաժեշտ գույքի առաջին խմբաքանակից ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ հատուկ ջրափրկարարական ջոկատին են տրամադրվել «Солар 555 МК» և «Корвет 500-FISH» մոտորանավակները, իսկ Ռուսաստանից ժամանած մասնագետները Սևանա լճում ուսուցում են կազմակերպել հայ գործընկերների համար՝ծանոթացնելով մոտորանավակների կարողություններին և բնութագրին: Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի՝ ՌԴ կողմից տնօրեն Սերգեյ Ազարյանը և ՀՀ կողմից համատնօրեն, փ/ծ գնդապետ Պավել Գյոզալյանը տեղում հետևում էին մոտորանավակների փորձարկումներին և ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին:
Ս. Ազարյանը նշել է, որ կենտրոնի զինումը շարունակվում է, առաջիկայում տեխնիկայի և սարքավորումների նոր խմբաքանակ կհասնի Հայաստան՝ ներառելով ինչպես ջրափրկարարական, այնպես էլ՝ հրշեջ-փրկարարական տեխնիկա: «Корвет 500-FISH» մոտորանավակի առավելագույն արագությունը 60 կմ/ժ է, ընդհանուր երկարությունը՝ 510 սմ, լայնությունը՝ 205 սմ: Նախատեսված է 6 անձ տեղափոխելու համար: «Солар 555 МК» փչովի մոտորանավակն ունի 550 սմ երկարություն և 195 սմ լայնություն: Նախատեսված է 8 անձ տեղափոխելու համար: Պ. Գյոզալյանն ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն աջակցում է նաև հայ փրկարարների վերապատրաստման հարցում:
Սեպտեմբերին ՌԴ ուսման կմեկնի 55 փրկարար, իսկ ևս 110 փրկարարի համար դասընթացներ կկազմակերպվեն Հայաստանում՝ փորձի փոխանակման սկզբունքով: ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Էդիկ Գալստյանը նշել է, որ նոր մոտորանավակներն անհրաժեշտ էին ջրափրկարարական ջոկատին և կբարձրացնեն ծառայության արդյունավետությունը: Մինչ այս՝ Հատուկ ջրափրկարարական ջոկատը Սևանա լճի ափի երկայնքով ծառայություն է իրականացրել 6 «Казанка» մոտորանավակով և 1 «Glastron» նավակով:
