«Գրին քարտի» տրամադրման ընթացակարգի խստացումը տրամաբանական է. «Առավոտ»

«Առավոտ»-ն իր խմբագրականում գրում է.
«ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախաձեռնությունը՝ խստացնել «գրին քարտի», այսինքն՝ երկրում օրինական ապրելու իրավունքի տրամադրումը, ինձ թվում է տրամաբանական է, և հուսով եմ՝ կհաստատվի կոնգրեսի կողմից: Այս հարցում Թրամփն իրավացի է՝ «գրին քարտը» չի կարող տրվել պատահականորեն, վիճակախաղով, և լավ է, որ այդ տեսակի «ղումարբազության» գայթակղությունից զերծ կմնան, մասնավորապես, մեր համաքաղաքացիները:
Ես գիտեմ, որ Սիլիկոնի հովտում ապրում և աշխատում են մի քանի տասնյակ մեր քաղաքացիներ: Նրանք կրթված են, երիտասարդ, տիրապետում են անգլերենի, դրան գումարած՝ չեն հրաժարվում մեր քաղաքացիությունից, պահպանում են կապը հայրենիքի հետ, պատրաստ են Հայաստանին օգնել և օգնում են (ոչ թե փողով, այլ իրենց գիտելիքներով):
Իսկ հիմա պատկերացրեք մեկ այլ հայաստանցու՝ մոտավորապես իմ տարիքի, որը «գրին քարտ» է շահել կամ կարողացել է խաբել ամերիկյան էմիգրացիոն իշխանություններին՝ համոզելով նրանց, թե ինքը, օրինակ, միասեռական է և նրան Հայաստանում հետապնդում են: Նա ապրում է ամերիկյան կառավարության, այսինքն՝ հարկատուների տված գործազրկության նպաստով, անգլերեն չգիտի, և դա նրան պետք էլ չի: Ներքնաշապիկը հագին՝ ամբողջ օրը նստած է Լոսի՝ նրբատախտակից սարքած իր «բարաքի» բակում, «նարդի է գլորում»՝ բարձրաձայն միացրած «ռաբիս» երաժշտության ներքո: Երկու-երեք բաժակ օղի կամ վիսկի խմելուց հետո նա իրեն «ազգային գործիչ» է զգում և «քֆուր-քյաֆար» է կապում նախկին հայրենիքի հասցեին, վերջում էլ ավելացնելով՝ «եթե էդ երկիրը դզվի, ես հետ կգամ»: Էլ ի՞նչ «ազգային գործիչ», եթե նման դատարկ խոստում չհնչեցնի:
