ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հոկտեմբերի 20-ին ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի նորանշանակ փոխնախագահ Սիրիլ Մյուլլերի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էին ՀԲ Հարավային Կովկասի նորանշանակ տարածաշրջանային տնօրեն Մերսի Տեմբոնը, ՀԲ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Լորա Բեյլին և Հ Բ այլ պաշտոնյաներ: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ կառավարության ղեկավարը շնորհավորել է նրանց պաշտոններն ստանձնելու առթիվ և բեղմնավոր աշխատանք մաղթել: Վարչապետը բարձր է գնահատել Համաշխարհային բանկի՝ որպես ՀՀ սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման ու բարեփոխումների գործում նշանակալի ներդրում ունեցող կարևոր գործընկերոջ հետ 1992 թ. ի վեր ծավալված համագործակցությունը: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նշել է, որ այս ընթացքում Հայաստանը վերոնշյալ տարածաշրջանի երկրների խմբում առանձնացել է պորտֆելի՝ միջինից բարձր կատարողականով և այսուհետ ևս պահպանելու է այդ ցուցանիշը: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ երկկողմ համագործակցությունն ընդգրկում է տնտեսության գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտները, և կառավարությունը պատրաստակամ է ընդլայնել այն՝ ինչպես ընթացիկ, այնպես էլ հեռանկարային նոր ծրագրերի իրականացմամբ:

Իր հերթին պարոն Մյուլլերը նշել է, որ մեծ պատիվ է այցելել Հայաստան, և բացառիկ է որակել մեր երկրի հետ բանկի համագործակցությունը: Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը շարունակում է պահպանել իր դիրքերը Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի՝ կատարողականի լավագույն ցուցանիշներն արձանագրող երկրների շարքում, ինչը ողջունելի է և նպաստում է փոխգործակցության էլ ավելի զարգացմանը: Սիրիլ Մյուլլերը նշել է, որ Համաշխարհային բանկը շարունակական օժանդակություն է ցուցաբերում մեր երկրի տնտեսության կարևոր ոլորտների զարգացմանը, և ապագայում պատրաստ է ավելացնել ֆ ինանսական աջակցության ծավալը:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են ՀՀ-ՀԲ փոխգործակցության զարգացմանը վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Երկուստեք արձանագրվել է, որ համաշխարհային տնտեսության աճի դանդաղ տեմպն իր ազդեցությունն է թողնում ինչպես Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի երկրների, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա: Այս համատեքստում զրուցակիցները վերահաստատել են երկկողմ պատրաստակամությունը՝ կիրառել նոր գործիքներ և ճկուն մոտեցումներ առկա մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու և տնտեսության կառուցվածքային բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ: Այս առումով կառավ արության ղեկավարը կարևորել է ենթակառուցվածքներում ՀԲ աջակցությամբ ներդրումների իրականացումը: Մասնավորապես, քննարկվել են էներգետիկ ոլորտում, ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման, ինչպես նաև այլ ուղղություններով ծրագրերի իրականացման հեռանկարները: Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև Հարկային նոր օրենսգրքի մշակման աշխատանքների ընթացքին և առաջիկայում իրականացվելիք քայլերին:

Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը գոհունակություն է հայտնել ՀԲ երևանյան գրասենյակի հետ համագործակցության կապակցությամբ և շեշտել, որ հետևողական է լինելու ձեռք բերված բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելու հարցում:
