Հայաստանն ստացել է խոհարարների ուսանողական օլիմպիադային մասնակցելու հրավեր

Հնդկաստանում դեկտեմբերի 27-30-ը խոհարարների ուսանողական օլիմպիադա է անցկացվելու, որին մասնակցության հրավեր է ստացել նաև Հայաստանը:
«Օլիմպիադային պետք է մասնակցեն 1 վարպետ և 1 ուսանող: Մենք, որպես հասարակական կազմակերպություն, ցավոք, հնարավորություն չունենք ճանապարհածախսի մասին հոգալու: Հնդկաստանի մեր գոծընկերները լուծել են ուսանողի ճանապարհածախսի խնդիրը, բայց վարպետի հարցում դեռ լուծում չենք գտնում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Հայ խոհարարական ավանդույթների զարգացման և պահպանման հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը`հավելելով, որ սա ևս մեկ հարթակ է, որտեղ կարող ենք ներկայ ացնել մեր ազգային խոհանոցը հենց ուսանողների միջոցով:
Խոսելով նաև Հայաստանում խոհարարի մասնագիտության մասին կազմակերպության նախագահն ասաց, որ եթե 15-20 տարի առաջ բոլոր ուսումնական կենտրոններում խոհարար մասնագիտության համար մարդկանց հավաքագրելու խնդիր ունեին, ապա այժմ այդ հարցն արմատապես փոխվել է:
«Նույնիսկ այն ուսումնարանները, որոնք չեն ունեցել խոհարարի մասնագիտության բաժինը, ջանում են ունենալ: Բարձրացել է և՛ խոհարարի մասնագիտության վարկանիշը, և՛ մեր ազգային խոհանոցի նկատմամաբ վերաբերումնքն է կտրուկ փոխվել: Մենք այժմ համագործակցում ենք Հայաստանի գրեթե բոլոր ուսումնական կենտրոնների հետ: Ուսումնարաններին ենք տարամադրելու այն բոլոր նյութերը, որոնք հավաքագրել ենք և դսակարգել. հատկապես ազգային խոհանոցի մասին նյութերը անպայման տրամադրելու ենք»,- հայտնեց նա:
Մամուլյանը նշեց նաև, որ կան խոհարարական ձեռնարկներ, որոնք թերի են` որպես մասնագիտական գրականություն: Ձեռնարկներն հարմարեցված են ուսումնական ծրագրերին և չափորոշիչներին, բայց բացթողումները շատ են:
