Ապօրինի ծառահատման փաստով Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունում հարուցվել է ևս 2 քրեական գործ

Հուլիսի 22-ին և 23-ին վառելափայտով բարձված բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաներ են հայտնաբերվել Գյումրի քաղաքի Գորկու և Գոգունցի փողոցների խաչմերուկում, Սպանդարյան գյուղի վերջնամասում, որոնց վարորդները, սակայն վառելափայտի ձեռքբերման վերաբերյալ որևէ փաստաթուղթ չեն ներկայացրել: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից, նյութեր են նախապատրաստվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Գյումրի քաղաքի Կումայրու բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքում:
Հայտնաբերված փայտանյութի հետազոտումը ցույց է տվել, որ փայտանյութը հիմնականում հաճարենի տեսակի ծառից ստացված վառելափայտ է: Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ տվյալ մեքենայի վարորդն զբաղվում է ապօրինի ձեռք բերված վառելափայտի վաճառքով և հուլիսի 22-ին նշված մեքենայով Լոռու մարզի Դսեղ գյուղի իր ծանոթ բնակչի հետ եկել է Գյումրի՝ ապօրինի ձեռք բերված վառելափայտն իրացնելու նպատակով:
Մյուս դեպքով նյութեր են նախապատրաստվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Արթիկի բաժնում:
Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ Կ.Վ-ն Լոռու մարզի մոտակա անտառից ապօրինի հատել և իր անձնական օգտագործման «Զիլ» մակնիշի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենա է բարձել 8մ3 կաղնի տեսակի վառելափայտ և տեղափոխել Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկի վարչական տարածք, որի մի մասը վաճառել է: Իսկ մյուս՝ 3,2մ3 վառելափայտը, ոստիկանության կողմից հայտնաբերվել է մեքենայի ստուգման ժամանակ:
«Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ Դսեղի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղից ստացված գրության համաձայն` նշված ավտոմեքենայով իրենց մոտից փայտանյութի դուրսգրում չի կատարվել:
«Բնապահպանական իրավախախտումների հետևանքով կենդանական և բուսական աշխարհին պատճառված վնասի հատուցման սակագների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի և ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի համապատասխան հրամանի հիման վրա հաշվարկվել է վերոնշյալ երկու իրավախախտումների հետևանքով բուսական աշխարհին պատճառված վնասի չափը: Հաշվի առնելով այն գանգամանքը, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա են եղել առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի (ծառերի, թփերի եւ բուսածածկի ապօրինի հատումը) 1-ին մասով հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր:
