Հայ խոհարարները Մոսկվայում կներկայացնեն Անիի խոհանոցը

Հայ խոհարարական ավանդույթների զարգացման և պահպանման հասարակական կազմակերպությունը նախատեսում է նոյեմբերի 16-20-ը Մոսկվայում ներկայացնել պատմական Հայաստանի Անի քաղաքի խոհանոցը: Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը, շնորհավորելով Խոհարարների միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ` այս մասին հայտնեց Հայ խոհարարական ավանույթների զարգացման և պահպանման հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը:
«Անիի խոհանոցը ներկայացնելու համար նյութեր հավաքագրել ենք Տրանսիլվանիա, Լեհաստան, Ուկրաինա Անիի գաղթականների անցած ճանապարհից: Այդ խոհանոցն այս տարի արդեն ներկայացել ենք բազմաթիվ երկներում»,- նշեց կազմակերպության նախագահը:
Հայկական ազգային խոհանոցը, Մամուլյանի հավստմամբ, աշխարհում ճանաչելության խնդիր ունի: Ազգային խոհանոցի հռչակման խնդիրն, ըստ նրա, դրված է խոհարարների վրա:
«Մեր նպատակն է ազգային խոհանոցի վերածնունդ իրականացնել, զարգացնել և պահպանել: Պահպանել կարող է մեզանից հետո եկող սերունդը, բայց հանրահռչակման գործը մեզ վրա է դրված: Այս բացթողումը մերը՝ խոհարարներինս է»,- ասաց Մամուլյանը` հավելելով, որ իրենց ծառայությունը միտված է ազգային խոհանոցի վերականգնմանն ու տեսանելի դարձնելուն համաշխարհային խոհարարական ասպարեզում, մեր ուրույն տեղն աշխարհում գրավելուն:
Հոկտեմբերի 20-ը նշվում է որպես Խոհարարի միջազգային օր: Օրն ընտրվել է 2004 թվականին` Խոհարարների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի առաջարկով: Խոհարարների միջազգային օրը տոնվում է աշխարհի ավելի քան 70 երկրում: Խոհարարի մասնագիտությունն աշխարհում ամենապահանջվածներից ու ամենահներից է:
