Մահվան ելքով վթարի գործով ձերբակալվել է ոստիկանության նախկին աշխատակցի որդին

Օգոստոսի 4-ին Աշտարակ-Երեւան ավտոճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած մահվան ելքով վթարի դեպքով այսօր ձերբակալվել է ոստիկանության նախկին աշխատակից Սուրեն Ջեյրանյանի որդին՝ Սուրեն Ջեյրանյանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ավտոճանապարհի Աշտարակ-Երեւան հատվածի 10-րդ կմ-ին բախվել էին «Volkswagen» մակնիշի 99 GG եւ «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի 34 GG 889 համարանիշերով ավտոմեքենաները, ինչի հետեւանքով «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը մահացել էր, իսկ ուղեւորը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակով տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց։
Ըստ shamshyan.com-ի՝ դեպքից հետո իրավապահներին է ներկայացել 61-ամյա Սամվել Ջեյրանյանը եւ հայտնել, որ Volkswagen Passat-ն ինքն է վարել, ինչից հետո ինքը դիմել է բժշկական կենտրոն: Սամվել Ջեյրանյանը նախկինում աշխատել է ոստիկանության 6-րդ վարչությունում, կոչումով գնդապետ է։
Քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում, սակայն, պարզվել է, որ ղեկին եղել է նրա որդին: 26-ամյա Սուրեն Ջեյրանյանն այսօր ձերբակալվել է։
Փաստի առիթով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր.-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ) եւ 244 հոդվածի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի վայրը լքելը) հատկանիշներով:
