Ռուսաստանի դեմ ԱՄՆ-ի կիրառած պատժամիջոցների պատճառով պետք չէ իրար խառնվել, քննարկել, քանի որ ոչինչ մեզանից կախված չէ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Կիլիկիա» գարեջրի գործարանի սեփականատեր, ՀՀԿ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Ռուսաստանի դեմ Միացյալ Նահանգների սահմանած պատժամիջոցներին:

Գործարարի խոսքով՝ դրանք բացասական ազդեցություն կունենան Հայաստանի տնտեսության եւ գործարար միջավայրի վրա, սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակից ելք չկա։

«Ռուսաստանի դեմ սահմանված պատժամիջոցները նոր բան չեն, պետք չէ խառնվել ու քննարկել, քանի որ մեզանից որեւէ բան կախված չէ։ Եթե մտավախություն ունեցանք, ի՞նչ պետք է անենք, ես կարո՞ղ եմ որեւէ բան անել ու ազդել ԱՄՆ-Ռուսաստան հարաբերությունների վրա: Բնական է, որ ոչինչ չեմ կարող։ Դրա համար, կարծում եմ, պետք է սպասել: Բոլոր դեպքերում ստեղծված իրավիճակում ելք կա։ Երբ կտեսնենք, թե ինչ խնդիրների առջեւ ենք կանգնում, բնականաբար, կփորձենք շրջանցել, պետք չէ անհանգստանալ, հուսահատվել, վախենալ ու քննադատել։ Իր հունով ամեն ինչ գնալու է»,- ասաց գործարարը։

Նա նշեց, որ տնտեսության եւ բիզնեսի զարգացման համար ամենակարեւոր քայլը Լարսին այլընտրանք ճանապարհ ունենալն է։ 

«Իմ ցանկությունն այն է, որ երկրորդ ճանապարհը բացենք ու կարողանանք աբխազական ճանապարհով արտահանում իրականացնել, սա արդեն շատ ավելի լավ կլինի։ Եթե կարողանանք ճանապարհների հարցը լուծել, բնականաբար, մեր վիճակը կրկնակի կլավանա»,- ասաց Հակոբ Հակոբյանը։
