Համաշխարհային բանկը նախատեսել է ՀՀ-ում իրականացնել մոտ 700 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ ծրագրեր

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյան հոկտեմբերի 20-ին ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հարցերով նորանշանակ փոխնախագահ Սիրիլ Մյուլերին: Հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել նաև Հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանի նորանշանակ տնօրեն Մերսի Տեմբոնը: Նախագահը շնորհավորել է նրանց՝ այդ պատասխանատու պաշտոնները ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ և մաղթել հաջողություններ աշխատանքում:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Համաշխարհային բանկի հետ Հայաստանի երկար տարիների համագործակցությունը և կարևորել բանկի դերը մեր երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման գործում` ընդգծելով, որ Համաշխարհային բանկը Հայաստանում ի սկզբանե դիտարկվել է ոչ միայն ներդրումային ծրագրեր ֆինանսավորող, այլ նաև տնտեսական բարեփոխումների և մարդկային կարողությունների զարgացմանն աջակցող գործընկեր: Սերժ Սարգսյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ այդ գործընկերությունը կպահպանվի և կամրապնդվի, փոխգործակցությունն ավելի կակտիվանա, իսկ ծրագրային ուղղությունները նոր որակ կստանան` լավագույնս արտահայտելով գլոբալ տնտեսական մարտահրավերները, տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներն ու առանձին երկրներին հատուկ միտումները և քաղաքականության առաջնահերթությունները: Նախագահը վստահեցրել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատակամորեն շարունակելու է տնտեսական միջավայրի բարելավմանն ուղղված բարեփոխումների իրականացումը Հայաստանում:

ՀԲ փոխնախագահ Սիրիլ Մյուլերը նշել է, որ իր և տարածաշրջանային տնօրենի նշանակման հետ միասին աշխատանքի բարձր նշաձող է սահմանվել, և այդ հավակնություններն իրականացնելու գործում իրենց կողմից արվելու է ամեն հնարավորը: Ըստ նրա, անցած տարիների ընթացքում Համաշխարհային բանկն արդեն նախատեսել է մի շարք ծրագրեր, որոնց իրականացումը Հայաստանում մոտ 700 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար կարժենա: Հայաստանի զարգացման համար այդ ծրագրերի իրականացումը, Սիրիլ Մյուլերի համոզմամբ, կարևոր նշանակություն կունենա:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները քննարկել են Հայաստանի հետ ՀԲ-ի գործընկերության ռազմավարության ներկայիս ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքը, անդրադարձել նաև Հայաստանի տնտեսական քաղաքականության առաջնահերթ ուղղություններին, միջնաժամկետ կայուն տնտեսական աճի համար անհարժեշտ հիմքերի ապահովման խնդիրներին՝ այդ տեսանկյունից կարևորելով ՀԲ-ի դերակատարումը՝ պետություն-մասնավոր հատված մոդելի ներքո մասնավոր ներդրումների խթանմանն աջակցելու գործում:
