Հնդկաձավարը ողջ աշխարհում սննդամթերքի ամենաօգտակար տեսակներից մեկն է համարվում: Փորձենք պարզել, թե արդյոք այն այդչափ օգտակար է:

Վիտամիններ եւ օգտակարնյութեր

Պարզվում է՝ հնդկաձավարը վիտամինների ու օգտակար միներալների հարուստ պաշար է առաջարկում: Նախ եւ առաջ հարկ է նշել, որ այն արյունատար անոթներն ամրապնդելու եւ նրանց ճկունությունը պահպանելու հատկությամբ աչքի ընկնող Р վիտամինի (ռուտին) բաղադրություն ունի: Հնդկաձավարի մեջ կարելի է նաեւ РР խմբի վիտամիններ, ինչպես նաեւ ստամոքսաաղիքային համակարգի հիմնաթթվային հավասարակշռության կարգավորման եւ հոդերում աղային կուտակումների կանխարգելման տեսանկյունից նշանակալի դերակատարում ունեցող լիմոնաթթու, թրթնջուկաթթու, խնձորաթթու եւ մալեինաթթու գտնել:

Հնդկաձավարը նաեւ երկաթի բաղադրությամբ է հարուստ, ուստի անեմիայով տառապող մարդկանց խորհուրդ է տրվում սննդամթերքի խնդրո առարկա տեսակն անպայման սննդակարգի մեջ ներառել: Բաղադրիչներից մեկն էլ՝ ֆոլիաթթուն, իմունային համակարգի եւ արյունաստեղծ համակարգի համար է խիստ կարեւոր: Այն նաեւ հղի կանանց է ցուցված, հատկապես՝ հղիության առաջին ամիսների ընթացքում: 

Հարկ է նաեւ հնդկաձավարի բաղադրությունը կազմող լիպոտրոպային նյութերի մասին հիշատակել, որոնք լյարդը հյուսվածքային փոփոխություններից եւ ցիռոզի առաջացումից պաշտպանելու, ինչպես նաեւ ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի աշխատանքը բարելավելու եւ արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը նվազեցնելու ներուժ ունեն: Վերջին հանգամանքը հատկապես շաքարախտով տառապող մարդկանց համար է կարեւոր: 

Հնդկաձավարը նաեւ հորմոնների սինթեզի համար անհրաժեշտ սպիտակուցների «կառուցմանը» նպաստող եւ տղամարդկանց ու կանանց մոտ լիբիդոյի աճ խթանող լիզինի պաշարներով է հարուստ:

Նիհարեցում

Նիհարելու ցանկություն ունեցող մարդիկ հաճախ են տարատեսակ «հնդկաձավարային» դիետաների վրա «նստում»: Պարզվում է՝ բավականին բարձր կալորիականություն ունենալով հանդերձ, հնդկաձավարն իսկապես կարող է, խոլեստերինի մակարդակի նվազեցման եւ նյութափոխանակության արագացման հանգեցնող պոլիչհագեցած ճարպերի հաշվին, հավելյալ քաշից ազատվելու միջոց ծառայել:

Միայն թե հիշեք՝ այն կաթի հետ միասին օգտագործել չի կարելի, քանի որ երկու սննդատեսակների մարսողության համար տարբեր ֆերմենտներ են պահանջվում, որոնց համադրությունը չի կարող օգտակար գտնվել: Հնդկաձավարը կարելի է բուսական յուղի եւ/կամ բանջարեղենի հետ համադրել: Առանձնակի օգտակարություն վերջին համադրությունն ունի. չէ՞ որ եւ հնդկաձավարը, եւ բանջարեղենը կոպիտ բջջանյութ են պարունակում, որոնք, միաժամանակյա ազդեցությամբ, աղիների աշխատանքը բարելավելու հատկություն  ունեն:

Վնաս

Հնդկաձավարը չի կարող լուրջ վնաս հասցնել մարդու օրգանիզմին, եթե, իհարկե, խոսքը չարաշահման մասին չէ: Չափից շատ հնդկաձավար, ինչպես եւ սննդամթերքի ցանկացած այլ տեսակ ընդունելու պարագայում ստամոքսի սպազմներ եւ փքվածություն կարող են ի հայտ գալ: 

Այդուհանդերձ, քրոնիկ երիկամային անբավարարություն ունեցող դիաբետիկներին խորհուրդ է տրվում մի փոքր ավելի զգուշամտություն դրսեւորել՝ հնդկաձավարի նկատմամբ: Մնացած բոլոր դեպքում այն հակացուցված չէ:

Հարկ է նաեւ նշել, որ որոշ մարդկանց մոտ հնկաձավարի նկատմամբ ինքնատիպ ալերգիա կարող է ի հայտ գալ: Նման դեպքերում, բնականաբար, սննդամթերքի տվյալ տեսակն օգտագործել չի կարելի:
