Ադրբեջանում աշխատավարձի վճարման ճգնաժամ է

Ադրբեջանի պետական կառույցներում աշխատավարձերի վճարման լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջացել, եւ բյուջետային կազմակերպություններում աշխատավարձի հետ կապված լուրջ ճգնաժամ է սպասվում:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը,«Ազադլըգ» թերթը գրում է, որ այս մասին խմբագրությանը հասած տեղեկության համաձայն` բյուջեն լցնելու համար Հարկերի նախարարության վրա դրված պարտավորությունների կատարումը դժվարացել է:

Թերթը նշում է, որ Հարկերի նախարարությունը 2015 թվականի համար պետք է 7 մլրդ մանաթ հարկ հավաքի: Ընթացիկ տարվա 9 ամիսների ընթացքում նախարարությունը կարողացել է հավաքել ընդամենը 5 մլրդ մանաթ: 

Այսպիսով, Հարկերի նախարարությունը 3 ամսում պետք է 2 մլրդ մանաթ հարկ հավաքի: Դա ամեն ամիս 600 մլն մանաթից ավելի գումար է կազմում, եւ փորձագետներն, ըստ թերթի` նման չափի հարկահավաքությունը հավանական չեն համարում:

«Տարվա սկզբի համեմատ ճգնաժամն ավելի է խորացել: Պաշտոնական տեղեկություներով` 30 հազար աշխատատեղ փակվել է: Սակայն, իրականում այդ թիվը մի քանի անգամ մեծ է: Բացի այդ հարկ է պահանջվում բոլոր բյուջետային կազմակերպություններից: Բայց պետական կառույցներն ի վիճակի չեն վճարել պահանջվող հարկը: Այս բոլորը մեծացնում են Հարկերի նախարարության կողմից պարտավորությունը կատարելու կասկածները, ինչն անխուսափելի է դարձնում աշխատավարձի ճգնաժամը: Արդեն որոշ կառույցներում ճգնաժամը սկսվել է: Օրինակ` արդեն մի քանի ամիս է` աշխատավարձերն ուշանում են «ԱզեÖ �էներժի» եւ «Ազերյոլսերվիս» պետական կառույցներում», - նշել են ադրբեջանցի փորձագետները:
