Աշոցք համայնքի ղեկավարը վստահեցնում է՝ միավորման արդյունքում շատ հարցեր լուծում կստանան

Համայնքների խոշորացման և միջհամայնքային միավորումների ձևավորման արդյունքում Աշոցքին համայնքին միացել են ևս 10 համայնք:
Շիրակի մարզի Աշոցքի նախկին տարածաշրջանում 2016թ. հոկտեմբերի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած ընտրությունների արդյունքում ձեւավորվեց երկու փունջ՝ Աշոցք (11 գյուղ) եւ Սարապատ (15 գյուղ) կենտրոններով:
Եթե ՀՀ կառավարության այս ծրագիրը շատերը «սվիններով» ընդունեցին, ապա Աշոցք համայնքի ղեկավար Արթուր Ալոյանը «Արմենպրես»-ին վստահեցրեց, որ այս ծրագրի շնորհիվ տվյալ գյուղերում շատ հարցեր կլուծվեն: «Միավորումից հետո արդեն աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել, օրինակ՝ վերանորոգվել է համայնքի կազմում ընդգրկված Կրասար գյուղ տանող ճանապարհը, որը երբեք նման լավ վիճակում չի եղել, իսկ դա հնարավոր դարձավ համայնքի բյուջեի շնորհիվ»,- նշեց Արթուր Ալոյանը՝ փաստելով, որ նորոգվել են նաև Սեպասար և Սիզավետ գյուղերի միջհամայնքային ճանապարհները, 2 գյուղում լուծվել է լուսավորության հարցը: «3 ամսվա ընթացքում այդքան գործ ենք արել: Նախկինում գյուղերն իրենց նվազ բյուջեներով ոչ մի հարց չէին կարողանում լուծել, իսկ հիմա միավորված բյուջեով հարցերը լուծում են գտնում ըստ հերթականության ու կարևորության: Մենք 5 տարի ժամանակ ունենք՝ ցույց տալու համար, թե ինչ կարող ենք անել: Այս ընթացքում շատ բան կանենք»,- ավելացրեց համայնքի ղեկավարը, ով նախկինում, մինչ այս միավորումը, 12 տարի եղել է Աշոցք համայնքի ղեկավար:
Խոսելով միավորման պատճառով աշխատատեղերի կրճատման մասին, Արթուր Ալոյանը վստահեցրեց՝ արվել է ամեն ինչ այդ թիվը նվազագույնի հասցնելու համար: «Մինչ միավորվելը յուրաքանչյուր համայնքապետարանում աշխատել է միջինը 4-5 մարդ, հիմա՝ 2, բայց այս թիվը պետք է ավելանա: Հնարավոր է, որ ամեն մի համայնքում 1 աշխատատեղ պակասի, բայց ամեն դեպքում, սա բավական լավ ծրագիր է»,-ավելացրեց համայնքապետը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ հնարավոր կլինի որոշ գյուղերում լուծել նաև առաջնային՝ խմելու ու ոռոգման ջրի հարցերը:
