Թոշակառուից շորթմամբ 100 հազար դրամ կաշառք վերցնելու գործ. նշանակվեց դատաձայնագրառման փորձաքննություն

Երեւանի Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 7-ին, շարունակվեց թոշակառուից սոցապնախարարության աշխատակիցների կողմից շորթմամբ կաշառք վերցնելու գործով դատաքննությունը:

Դատարանն այսօր բավարարեց պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը՝  դատաձայնագրառման փորձաքննություն նշանակելու վերաբերյալ: Դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց անորոշ ժամանակով:

Նշենք, որ այս գործով դատաքննությունը մոտենում է ավարտին, կողմերն այժմ դատաքննությունը լրացնելու միջնորդություններ են ներկայացնում: Նշենք, որ ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Գեւորգյանն եւ Ստեփանյանը թոշակառուից շորթել են 100 հազար դրամ: Գործում առկա են գումարային հարցերի վերաբերյալ խոսակցություների ձայնագրություններ, որոնք էլ հենց փորձաքննության կենթարկվեն:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության սոցապ պետական ծառայության աշխատակազմի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի սոցապ ՏԲ պետ Վարդուհի Գեւորգյանը Գագիկ Գաբրիելյանին կենսաթոշակ նշանակելու համար 2015թ. նոյեմբերի կեսերին նույն բաժնի ավագ մասնագետ Մարգարիտա Ստեփանյանի օժանդակությամբ, շորթմամբ Գագիկ Գաբրիելյանից պահանջել է 100 հազար դրամ կաշառք՝ հակառակ պարագայում սպառնալով ոտնահարել Գ.Գաբրիելյանի՝ 63 տարին լրանալու կապակցությամբ կենսաթոշակ նշանակելու իրավունքը, որպիսի դիտավորյալ գործողություններով Գ.Գաբրիելյանի համար ստեղծել է իր օրինական իրավունքների իրականացումը բացառապես կաշառք տալու միջոցով պաշտպանելու համար անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ՝ Գ.Գաբրիելյանին հայտնելով, որ իրեն կաշառք չտալու պարագայում վերջինիս կենսաթոշակը կձևակերպի միայն 65 տարին լրանալուց հետո։ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի մեկին Վարդուհի Գևորգյանն իր աշխատասենյակում Գաբրիելյանից ստացել է շորթմամբ պահանջված 100 հազար դրամը:

Վարդուհի Գեւորգյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, իսկ Մարգարիտ Ստեփանյանին՝ 38-311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Գեւորգյանը գրավի դիմաց ազատ է արձակվել, իսկ Ստեփանյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրությունը չհեռանալու մասին:
