Երեւանյան հյուրանոցում ՌԴ քաղաքացու մահվան հետքերով. նա զուգընկերոջն ինքնասպանությա՞ն էր փորձել հասցնել

Հայաստանում ՌԴ քաղաքացի Զուրաբ Նեմսաձեի՝ մահվանից օրեր առաջ զուգընկերոջն ինքնասպանության հասցնելու եւ պառնկագրական բնույթի նյութեր տարածելու վերաբերյալ հարուցված քրեական գործը կարճվել է: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց տուժողի իրավահաջորդի ներկայացուցիչ, «Փինկ Արմենիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության իրավաբան Հասմիկ Պետրոսյանը:
«Նախաքննական մարմինը հարուցված քրեական գործով Նեմսաձեին մեղավոր է ճանաչել, սակայն մահվան հիմքով կարճել է: Այս որոշման հետ մենք համաձայն չենք եւ բողոքարկել ենք կարճման որոշումը»,- ասաց Հասմիկ Պետրոսյանը:
Նշենք, որ ավելի վաղ «Փինկ Արմենիա» ՀԿ-ն հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել այն մասին, որ Զուրաբն իրենց պատմել է, որ փետրվարի սկզբին Հայաստան է եկել իր զուգընկերոջ խնդրանքով, որպեսզի օգնի նրան ազատվել ընտանիքի ճնշումներից:
«Իրավապահ մարմիններին կոչ ենք անում առանց նախապաշարումների պարզել իրողությունը, բացահայտել իրական մեղավորներին ու պատասխանատվության ենթարկել:
Հարկ է գիտակցել, որ այս պատմությունն արդեն ողբերգության է հանգել, սակայն եթե հավանականություն կա մեկ այլ ողբերգության, անհապաղ պետք է կանխել»,- ասվում է ՀԿ հայտարարության մեջ:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ 2017թ. փետրվարի 11-ին «Անի Պլազա» հյուրանոցի համարներից մեկում այլ երկրի քաղաքացու դիակ է հայտնաբերվել: Ըստ լրատվամիջոցներում առկա տեղեկատվության` 23-ամյա երիտասարդի դաստակները վնասված են եղել, և երբ նրան հայտնաբերել են, նա եղել է բերանքսիվայր վիճակում ընկած: Մահացած երիտասարդի դեմ դեպքից օրեր առաջ բողոք էր ներկայացրել նրա ծանոթ մեկ այլ երիտասարդ՝ մեղադրելով իր կամքից անկախ իր հետ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալու եւ դրանց վերաբերյալ լուսանկարները համացանցում տեղադրելու մեջ։
