Մատուցողների 10 հնարք, որոնք սովորական այցելուն չի նկատում

Եթե դատարկ սրճարանում հյուրընկալը ձեզ հրավիրում է նստել մուտքի մոտի ամենաանհարմար սեղանին, մի զարմացեք: Դա մարդաշատության տպավորություն է ստեղծում:

«Ոսկե սեղանների» կանոն

Կա նաև «ոսկե սեղանների» կանոն՝ լավ տեսք ունեցող մարդկանց նստեցնում են պատուհանների մոտ, երևացող մասերում՝ իրենց հաստատության գեղեցկությունը ցույց տալու համար:

«Պատվիրված է» գրությունը ոչ միշտ է նշանակում, որ պատվիրված է

 

Գործնականում բոոր ռեստորաններում լավագույն սեղանների վրա դրված է լինում «պատվիրված է» գրություն: Իրականում դրանք ոչ միշտ են զբաղված, պարզապես «սպասման ռեժիմում են», որպեսզի մի զույգ ինքնակամ չնստի մեծ սեղանի մոտ, որտեղ կարող են շատ մարդկանց նստեցնել և ավելի մեծ գումար ստանալ:

5 վայրկյանի կանոնը

Հատակից մինչև 5 վայրկյանում վերցված սնունդը կեղտոտ չի համարվում: Եթե մատուցողները չեն հասցնում 5 վայրկյանում, գործում է «10 վայրկյանի կանոնը»:

Մատուցողը դիտավորյալ ձեր հետևից անմիջապես հավաքում է ափսեները

Մարդը հայտնվում է դատարկ սեղանի մոտ և ենթագիտակցորեն ամոթից ուրիշ բան է պատվիրում:

Հարցադրումը զրկում է ընտրության հնարավորությունից

Չեք էլ հասցրել ըմպելիքի մասին մի բառ ասել, երբ մատուցողը հարցնում է, «Կարմի՞ր գինի եք ուզում, թե՞ սպիտակ, պրն»: Այդ դեպքում անհարմար լինում խմիչքից հրաժարվելը, նույնիսկ եթե մտադիր էիք սնունդն առանց խմիչքի ուտել:

Մատուցողը դիտավորյալ մշտապես գինի է լցնում

 

Որպեսզի ուտելու ընթքացքում մեկ շիշ խմիչքը վերջանա և էլի պատվիրեք:

Թանկարժեք ուտեստը վերջում են նշում

Եթե գինուց ոչինչ չեք հասկանում, բայց անգետ չեք ուզում երևալ, շուտասելուկի պես արտասանած անուններից ընտրում եք վերջինը, որն ամենաթանկարժեքն է:

Խաբեություն ճաշացանկում

Ճաշացանկում գները կարող են ներկայացված լինել մթերքի 100 գրամի համար, իսկ ուտեստի մեջ կարող է ուրիշ քանակությամբ լինել:

Անվճար նախուտեստները միայն թակարդում են

 

Իրականում այնպիսի նախուտեստներ են մատուցում, որոնք ծարավ են առաջացնում: Ըմպելիքները ձեր հաշվին են:

Մի քիչ երաժշտության մասին

Բարձր պարային երաժշտության տակ մարդը հարմարվում և ավելի արագ է ուտում:

Մատուցողը վատ բան խորհուրդ չի տա, լավն էլ

Եթե մատուցողը չափազանց ակտիվորեն աշխատում է որևէ բան վաճառել, 3 տարբերակ կա՝ պետք է արագ իրացնի այդ ուտեստը, որովհետև շփոթել էր պատվերները, որոշակի ապրանքանիշի ուտեստի համար հավելավճար կստանա կամ որևէ ապրանքի պիտանելիության ժամկետը սպառվում է:

Բարմենի ֆիրմային խմիչքի համար խառնվում է շշերում մնացածը:

Հին գարեջուրը բլենդերով հարում են փրփուր ստանալու համար:
