Խուսափեք էնտերովիրուսային վարակներով պայմանավորված անապահով երկրներ մեկնելուց

 Թուրքիայում վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում շարունակվում է էնտերովիրուսային վարակներով պայմանավորված (Կոկսակի վիրուս) համաճարակային լարված իրավիճակը:

 Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին առողջապահության նախարարությունից, էնտերովիրուսներով պայմանավորված աշխուժացում դիտվել է նաև Հայաստանում, սակայն ժամանակին ձեռնարկված կանխարգելիչ և հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումների արդյունքում այսօր իրավիճակը կայուն է, արձանագրվում են միայն եզակի դեպքեր: Էնտերովիրուսային վարակներն արտահայտվում են մրսածության և աղեստամոքսային ախտանշաններով: Տարիքային և սեզոնային ընդգծված օրինաչափություն չկա` հիվանդանում են տարվա բոլոր եղանակներին, առավելապես՝ ամառ-աշուն ամիսներին: Էնտերովիրուսներն առանձնահատուկ են նաև տարածման մեխանիզմի բազմազանությամբ: Դրանք փոխանցվում են բերանակղանքային (ջրային,սննդային և կենցաղ-կոնտակտային), օդակաթիլային մեխանիզմներով և փոշու միջոցով:

Էնտերովիրուսային վարակներին բնորոշ է բարձր վարակելիությունը: Յուրաքանչյուր առողջ մարդ կարող է վարակվել հիվանդ մարդու կամ նրա կողմից օգտագործված իրերի, առարկաների կամ մակերեսների հետ սերտ շփման հետևանքով: Վարակի աղբյուրը հիվանդ կամ վարակակիր մարդն է: Գաղտնի շրջանը 1-10 օր է: Առավել մեծ ռիսկի խմբում են նորածինները, վաղ հասակի երեխաները և դեռահասները: Սա բացատրվում է իմունիտետի բացակայությամբ` նախկինում էնտերովիրուսների ազդեցությանը չենթարկվածության պատճառով: Էնտերովիրուսային վարակներով չհիվանդանալու համար ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը հանգստի մեկնող անձանց հորդորում է՝ խուսափել էնտերովիրուսային վարակներով պայմանավորված անապահով երկրներ մեկնելուց, մեկնելու դեպքում՝ լողալ միայն թույլատրված վայրերում, հնարավորինս խուսափել աղիքային գանգատներով, ցանավորմամբ հիվանդ անձանց հետ շփումից, խստորեն պահպանել աղիքային վարակներին բնորոշ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումները՝ ձեռքերը լվանալ հոսող ջրով, օճառով՝ սնունդ ընդունելուց առաջ և սանհանգույցից օգտվելուց հետո, սննդում օգտագործել միայն լավ լվացված (ցանկալի է՝ հոսող ջրով) բանջարեղեն, մրգեր, պատահական վայրերից սնունդ չգնել, սնունդը պահել փակ տարաներում՝ սառնարանային պայմաններում:

Աղիքային երևույթների կամ ցանավորման դեպքում անհապաղ պետք է դիմել բժշկական օգնության, չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժմամբ:
