  • 1/4 բաժակ մանր կտրտած սոխ
  • 2 թարմ պղպեղ
  • 1/4 բաժակ քերած կոճապղպեղ
  • 2 ճ. գ. քերախ ծովաբողկ
  • 2 ճ. գ. քրքումի փոշի կամ 2 կտոր քրքում

Պատրաստումը՝
1. Խառնեք բոլոր բաղադրիչները՝ բացի քացախից:
2. Խառնուրդը լցրեք Մեյսոնի տարայի մեջ:
3. Մի քիչ խնձորի քացախ լցրեք և այն վրայից լցրեք: Բոլոր բաղադրիչները պետք է քացախով ծածկվեն:
4. Տարան փակեք և լավ թափահարեք:
5. Տարան պահեք սառը և չոր տեղում 2 շաբաթ՝ օրական մեկ անգամ թափահարելով:
6. 14 օր անց քամեք խառնուրդը:
7. Հեղուկը պահեք սաթի շշերով:

Խորհուրդներ՝

 
  • Զգույշ եղեք, քանի որ համը շատ ուժեղ և կծու է:
  • Քաղցած վիճակում չօգտագործեք:
  • Վրան ջուր մի ավելացրեք, դա կնվազեցնի ազդեցությունը:
  • Մի շերտ նարինջ կամ կիտրոն կերեք տոնիկը խմելուց հետո՝ կծվությունը մեղմացնելու համար:
  • Եթե լուրջ հիվանդություն կամ վարակ ունեք, ընդունեք 1-ական ճ. գ. տոնիկ օրական 5-6 անգամ:
  • Տոնիկն անվնաս է հղիների և երեխաների համար՝ ոչ մեծ չափաբաժնի դեպքում:
