Հայաստանում եղանակային պայմաններն ազդում են բերքի վրա: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին օգոստոսի 8-ին հրավիրված ասուլիսում ասաց Ագրարագյուղացիական միավորման նախագահ Հրաչ Բերբերյանը։ Նրա կարծիքով՝ ամբողջ հանրապետությունում երաշտ է։ «Ծանր վիճակ է բոլոր մարզերում, հատկապես՝ Շիրակի մարզում ծայրահեղ է։ Հիմա փորձում են ժամանակացույցով կատարել ոռոգումը։ Եղանակային այս պայմաններում ջուրն անմիջապես գոլորշիանում է, և գյուղացին կրկնակի պետք է ոռոգի։ Այս ամենը բնականաբար կազդի բերքի վրա»,- ասաց Բերբերյանը և ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց ջրի բավարարման խնդրին. պետք է լուրջ ուսումնասիրություններ իրականացնել՝ պարզելու՝ ջուրը բավարարում է, թե ոչ։ Պետք է համապատասխան հանձնաժողով ստեղծվի, որպեսզի պարզվի, թե ինչու ջրամբարներում առկա ջուրը լավ չի կուտակվում, ձագարները նորմալ չեն մաքրվում։
«Վերջին 5 տարիների մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ մենք ունենք ջրամբարների խնդիր։ Չնայած հսկայական ռեսուրսներ ծախսվեցին և՛ համաշխարհային բանկի ռեսուրսներից, և՛ գերմանական վարկից, որ ջրամբարները լավ աշխատեն։ Արդյունքում ձագարները չեն մաքրվում, բարեփոխումներ չկան»,- նկատեց Ագրարագյուղացիական միավորման նախագահը։
«Գյուղացին ցանկանա, թե ոչ՝ պետք է Ջրօգտագործողների ընկերությունների (ՋՕԸ) միջոցով ոռոգում կատարի։ Մենք չենք քննադատում ՋՕԸ-երի աշխատանքը, բայց մենք ցանկանում ենք ունենալ ոռոգման այլընտրանքային համակարգ։ Այսինքն, եթե խոշոր ֆերմեր է և մեծ գյուղ է, նա ինքը կարող է ջուր վերցնել ու ՋՕԸ-ը ոչ մի կապ չունի։ Հիմա ֆերմերները պարտադիր պետք է դառնան ՋՕԸ-ի անդամ, պայմանագիր կնքեն և օգտվեն այդ սպասարկումից, որովհետև ջուրը վաճառվում է միայն ՋՕԸ-երին»,- ասաց Հրաչ Բերբերյանը և հայտնեց, որ իրենց կարծիքով՝ եթե համայնքն ի վիճակի է ինքնուրույն ջուր ձեռք բերել, ինքն էլ կհոգա իր ներտնտեսային ցանցի ծախսերը։
«Ֆերմերներ կան, ովքեր լուրջ ծախսեր են անում իրենց հողերի ոռոգման համար և պատրաստ են դա անել, բայց ինչու վերցնել ՋՕԸ-երից, եթե կարելի է միանգամից ջրառից գնել»,- նշեց Բերբերյանը։
Գյուղացին մեկ հեկտար կարտոֆիլի ոռոգման համար 16.000 դրամ է վճարում, բայց իրական արժեքը պետք է լիներ 8-11 հազար դրամ։
