Կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահն Արարատի մարզում ծանոթացավ առկա խնդիրներին

 ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Մարտին Սարգսյանը  մարզային այցերի շրջանակներում օգոստոսի 8-ին այցելեց Արարատի մարզ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԳԿՊԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Արարատի մարզպետարանում տեղի ունեցավ աշխատանքային հանդիպում ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԳԿՊԿ նախագահ Մարտին Սարգսյանի և Արարատի մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Մարզային այցերի հիմնական  նպատակն է յուրաքանչյուր մարզում տեղում ծանոթանալ առկա խնդիրներին և կանոնակարգել հետագա աշխատանքները՝ քաղաքացիների սպասարկումն անթերի ու բարձր որակով ապահովելու նպատակով:

Արարատի մարզպետարանում կայացած հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին   կոմիտեի պատասխանատուները, ինչպես նաև մարզի քաղաքային ու գյուղական համայնքների ղեկավարները:

Մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանն իր խոսքում շնորհակալություն հայտնեց և կարևորեց մարզային նմանատիպ հանդիպումները՝ հավաստիացնելով, որ այցը հնարավորություն կտա մարզում առկա խնդիրներին լուծում տալ կադաստրի պետական  կոմիտեի հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ:

ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ  Մարտին Սարգսյանը, ողջունելով աշխատանքային հանդիպման մասնակիցներին՝ հավաստիացրեց, որ այսօրվա այցը նպատակ ունի վեր հանել առկա խնդիրները և կանոնակարգել համայնքների հետ իրականացվող հետագա աշխատանքները: Կոմիտեի նախագահը վստահեցրեց ներկաներին, որ կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեն պատրաստակամ է համագործակցել մարզի յուրաքանչյուր համայնքի հետ՝ համայնքների առջև ծառացած խնդիրներն ու անճշտությունները շտկելու համար, ինչպես նաև համապարփակ և ամբողջական լուծումներ գտնել տարիների ընթացքում համայնքներում առկախ մնացած խնդիրներին: Պարոն Սարգսյանը հորդորեց համայնքների ղեկավարներին լինել հետևողական իրենց բարձրացրած հարցերի նկատմամբ, համագործակցել կոմիտեի պատասխանատուների հետ:

Մինչ աշխատանքային քննարկումներին անցնելը՝ կոմիտեի ղեկավարը ներկայացրեց կադաստրի համակարգում մինչ օրս կատարված  և առաջիկայում սպասվելիք բարեփոխումները: Մասնավորապես, պարոն Սարգսյանը մատնանշեց երկու ժամվա ընթացքում գույքի իրավունքների պետական գրանցում կատարելու հնարավորությունը, ինչպես նաև համայնքի կտրվածքով էլեկտրոնային կադաստրային քարտեզների տրամադրման վճարը կտրուկ (շուրջ 10 անգամ) նվազեցնելը և հետագա թարմացումներով ստանալը:

Պատասխանելով Արարատի մարզի քաղաքային և գյուղական համայնքների ղեկավարների կողմից բարձրացված հարցերին՝ ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԳԿՊԿ նախագահն անդրադարձավ քարտեզագրության, չափագրման, ինչպես նաև ինքնակամ կառույցների օրինականացման, հողերի սեփականաշնորհման ու իրավունքների առաջին պետական գրանցման աշխատանքների ընթացքում տեղ գտած սխալների (համադրումների  արդյունքում առաջացած անճշտությունների) ուղղման վերաբերյալ հարցերին՝ մեկ անգամ ևս հորդորելով համագործակցել կոմիտեի աշխատակազմի հետ:

Հավատարիմ մնալով իր որդեգրած գործելաոճին` կադաստրի պետական կոմիտե-քաղաքացի կապն առավել անմիջական և արդյունավետ դարձնելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԳԿՊԿ նախագահ Մարտին Սարգսյանի մարզային այցերն առաջիկա ամիսներին ևս կշարունակվեն:
