Լոռու մարզի դատախազությունում ուսումնասիրվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնում նախապատրաստված նյութերը, որոնցով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Դսեղի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղի Դսեղի անտառպետության անտառապետ Ս. Վ.-ի անմիջական հանձնարարությամբ, Լոռու մարզի Դսեղ գյուղի բնակիչ Ս. Թ.-ն 2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 3-ին «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Դսեղի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղի Դսեղի անտառպետության թիվ 2 պահաբաժնի տարածքում ապօրինի հատել է  4 հատ լորենի եւ 1 հատ հաճարենի տեսակի ծառեր: Ապօրինի հատման հետեւանքով պատճառված վնասի չափը կազմել է 457.500 ՀՀ դրամ:

Պարզվել է նաեւ, որ նույն անտառապետի համաձայնությամբ, Լոռու մարզի Դսեղ գյուղի բնակիչ Վ. Հ.-ը, Դսեղի անտառպետության 2-րդ պահաբաժնի տարածքում ապօրինի հատել է  3 հատ լորենի, 1 հատ կաղնի տեսակի ծառեր, ինչի հետեւանքով պատճառվել է 531.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով վնաս:

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ նույն պահաբաժնի տարածքում դեռեւս չպարզված հանգամանքներում ապօրինի կերպով հատվել են նաեւ 21 հատ լորենի, 6 հատ հաճարենի, 2 հատ բոխի եւ 1 հատ հացենի տեսակի ծառեր: Նշված ծառերի ապօրինի հատման հետեւանքով պատճառված վնասը կազմել է 3.126.000 ՀՀ  դրամ:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նյութերն առերեւույթ պարունակում են հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու եւ անտառային ֆոնդի տարածքում գտնվող ծառերի ապօրինի հատում կատարելու վերոհիշյալ դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով:

Քրեական գործով նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությանը:
