Միջազգային և անվտանգության հարցերի հայկական ինստիտուտի ասոցացված փորձագետ էմմա Բեգիջանյանը կարևորում է Սերժ Սարգսյանի այցելությունն Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն, մասնակցությունը վերընտրված նախագահ Հասան Ռոհանիի երդման արարողությանը և նրանց երկկողմ հանդիպումը:

Բեգիջանյանի խոսքով՝ Իրանը մշտապես փորձում է հավասարակշռություն պահել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև: Նկատենք, որ Իլհամ Ալիևը չմեկնեց Թեհրան:

«Հետաքրքրական էին ՀՀ նախագահի՝ իրանական «Շարղ» օրաթերթին և ԻՐՆԱ գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցները: Դրանք ակտիվորեն քննարվեցին իրանական ԶԼՄ-ներում: Կարող եմ ասել, որ ՀՀ նախագահի և պաշտպանության նախարարի վերջին այցերն ունեցան աննախադեպ հետաքրքրություն»,- Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց իրանագետը:

Սարգսյան-Ռոհանի հանդիպմանը, ըստ Էմմա Բեգիջանյանի, քննարկվել են համագործակցության հարցեր տարբեր բնագավառներում՝ տուրիզմ, առևտուր, էներգետիկ ոլորտ և այլն:

«Հայաստանի և Իրանի ղեկավարները միշտ էլ խոսել են թվարկածս հարցերի շուրջ, սակայն գործնական քայլերը բավարար չեն եղել: Երկու երկրների առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալները100 մլն-ից չեն անցնում, ինչը շատ քիչ է»,- ավելացրեց նա:

Անդրադառնալով իրանական գազի՝ Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի տարածքով դեպի Սև ծով և Եվրոպա տարանցելու ծրագրի հեռանկարներին՝ մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց, որ իրանցիների համար դա իդեալական տարբերակ է, սակայն մեր գազային համակարգը կախված է Ռուսաստանից:

«Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարները դա քննարկել են: Այդ երկրներըը գազի պաշարների ծավալներով աշխարհում առաջատար են: Դժվար է որոշել՝ ո՞վ է առաջին տեղում, ով՝ երկրորդ: Տարբերի աղբյուրներ հայտնում են տարբեր տվյալներ: Իրանն ու Ռուսաստանը տնտեսական մրցակիցներ են: Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ կարծում եմ, որ քիչ հավանական է իրանական գազի՝ Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի տարածքով տարանցելու ծրագիրը: ՌԴ շահերից չի բխում, որ մեր երկիրն ունենա գազ և էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներ ստանալու այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ»,- նշեց փորձագետը:

Մեր հարցին՝ տնտեսական այլ ուղղություններով կապերն աշխուժացնելու միտումը տեսանելի՞ է, իրանագետը պատասխանեց.

«Ինձ թվում է, որ երկու երկրների տնտեսական կապերի ամրապնդմանը մեծապես կնպաստի Հայաստան-Իրան երկաթգծի կառուցումը: Զբոսաշրջությունը կզարգանա: Իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկներն այսօր հյուսիսից են գալիս Հայաստան: Հնարավոր է՝ այդ ժամանակ ողջ Իրանից և Միջին Ասիայից ունենանք զբոսաշրջիկներ: Խնդիրն այն է, որ այսօր Իրանն ունի տնտեսական դժվարություններ, ներդրումների բեռը կարող է ընկնել Հայաստանի վրա: Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղին էլ շահագրգիռ չէ: Գուցե ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ կապված ծրագրեր լինեն, որոնցում Հայաստանը լինի տարանցիկ երկիր»:
