Ստամբուլի դատախազությունը հետ է ուղարկել Դինքի գործով ներկայացված մեղադրական ակտը

Ստամբուլի հանրապետական դատախազությունը Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործում պաշտոնյաների անփութության առկայության առնչությամբ տարվող հետաքննության շրջանակում կազմված մեղադրական ակտը հետ է վերադարձրել դատախազին «թերությունների առկայության» հիմնավորմամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուÖ �քական «Հուերիեթ» պարբերականը:
Ահաբեկչության և կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գրասենյակի դատախազ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն ավարտել է հետաքննությունը Դինքի սպանության գործում պաշտոնատար անձանց «անփութության» վերաբերյալ: Դատախազը 25 կասկածյալի վերաբերյալ պատրաստած մեղադրական ակտը հավանության արժանացնելու նպատակով ուղարկել է Ստամբուլի հանրապետական դատախազություն: Դատախազությունը, սակայն, թերությունների առկայության հիմնավորմամբ որոշում է կայացրել մեղադրական ակտը հետ ուղարկել դատախազին: Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն պետք է վերացնի թերությունները և այն կրկին ուղարÕ �ի հանրապետական դատախազություն:
Հետաքննության շրջանակում անվտանգության աշխատակիցներ Մուհիթթին Զենիթը, Օզքան Մումջուն և Էրջան Դեմիրը ձերբակալվել էին «հանցագործության մեջ անփութության առկայության», անվտանգության գլխավոր վարչության հետախուզական բաժնի ղեկավար Ռամազան Աքյուրեքը` «անփութության պատճառով մահվան պատճառ դառնալու», իսկ Ստամբուլի հետախուզական բաժանմունքի նախկին ղեկավար Ալի Ֆուաթ Յըլմազերը` «կանխամտածված սպանությանն աջակցելու» և «հանցանք գործելու նպատակով հանցախումբ ստեղծելու» հիմնավորումներով:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը դատապարտվեց ցմահ բանտարկության, իսկ անմիջականհանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործովդատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին կառաջադրվի «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման եւ կառավարման կամ դրանումմասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձÕ �նց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլի նախկինոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ որոշումներ են ընդունվել:
