Արարատի մարզի բնակչուհու մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու համար քննություն է տարվում

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ Արարատի մարզի բնակչուհի Լաուրա Թոխյանի մահվան հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Քննչական կոմիտեից, նախնական տվյալներով՝ 1963 թ. ծնված Լ.Թոխյանը մահացել է 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 30-ին՝ իր տանը։ Մահվան վկայականի համաձայն՝ կնոջ մահվանը հանգեցրել է սրտի պսակաձև զարկերակների անբավարարությունը։ Լ.Թոխյանի ախտաբանաանատոմիական դիահերձման ժամանակ պարանոցին հայտնաբերվել է ճմլման ակոսին նմանվող արյունազեղում:
Վնասվածքի առաջացման պատճառը պարզելու համար բացատրություններ են վերցվել մահացած կնոջ ամուսնուց, հարևանուհիներից, կանչով տուժածի տուն մեկնած շտապօգնության բժշկից և այլ անձանցից։ Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ շտապօգնության բրիգադի կողմից Լ.Թոխյանի մահվան փաստը տանը հաստատելուց հետո, վերջինիս հարևանուհին, սովորույթից ելնելով, Լ.Թոխյանի ծնոտի ստորին հատվածից դեպի գլխի գագաթային հատված ամրակապել է շորի կտորով, որպեսզի վերջինիս բերանը բաց չմնա: Լ.Թոխյանը մնացել է այդ դիրքով ամրակապված 1-2 ժամ՝ մինչև դիահերձարան տեղափոխող ավտոմեքենայի ժամանելը։
Բացի այդ, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն՝ կնոջ մահվան էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար։ Ստացված թիվ 0048Դ եզրակացության համաձայն՝ կնոջ մահը վրա է հասել պարանոցի օրգանների սեղմման հետևանքով առաջացած օրգանիզմի ընդհանուր թթվածնաքաղցից շատ կարճ ժամանակ անց զարգացած գլխուղեղի թաղանթների և ուղեղանյութի խիստ արտահայտված այտուցից:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում:
Կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ կնոջ մահվան հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, բազմակողմանի և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
