Դատավորների կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափով կաշառք վերցնելու գործվ նախաքննության ավարտ կհայտարարվի

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահի, նույն դատարանի դատավորի եւ Գեղարքունիքի դատախազի մասնակցությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք պահանջելու եւ ստանալու գործով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ավարտ կհայտարարվի շուտով: Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 9-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց գործով մեղադրյալներից նախկին դատավոր Վանիկ Վարդանյանի շահերի պաշտպան Ռուբեն Հակոբյանը: Նա նշեց, որ նախաքննությունն այժմ ավարատական փուլում է, շուտով նախաքննության ավարտ կհայտարարվի: Նա նաեւ նշեց, որ այս ընթացքում իր պաշտպանյալի մասնակցությամբ միայն հարցաքննություն է եղել, կալանավորված նախկին դատավորը նաեւ ցանկություն է հայտնել առերեսման, սակայն, նա ում հետ պետք է առերեսվեր՝ հրաժարվել է:

Նշենք, որ եւ Վանիկ Վարդանյանը չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը:

Նույն գործով կալանավորվել է նաեւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահ Աղվան Պետրոսյանը, ՀՔԾ-ն այսօր հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, ըստ որի՝ եւս մեկ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել դատավորի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու փաստով: Փորձեցինք նրա շահերի պաշտպանից ճշտել, արդյոք Աղվան Պետրոսյանն ընդունում է իրեն առաջադրված նոր մեղադրանքը, սակայն, պաշտպանը նշեց, որ այս պահին արձակուրդում է  եւ տեղեկություններ չունի:

Նույն գործով կալանավորվել է նաեւ Գեղարքունիքի դատախազ Սեւակ Շհոյանը: Այս գործը կապված է տարիներ առաջ՝ 2014-ին կալանավորված անչափահաս Գոռ Գալստյանի հետ։ 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 25-ին Վարդենիսում զենքի գործադրմամբ կատարված խուլիգանության եւ դանակահարության փաստի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Գ.Գ.-ի արարքը որպես ինքնապաշտպանություն որակելուն նպաստելու համար Սեւակ Շհոյանը մեղադրյալի ծնողներից 2015 թվականի հունիսին պահանջել և ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` 1.880.000 դրամին համարժեք 4000 դոլար կաշառք: Սակայն գումարը ստանալուց հետո դատախազը խոստումը չի կատարել, եւ Գ.Գ.-ն 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ին կալանավորվել է:

Հավաքված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության հիման վրա դատախազին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով` մեղադրյալի օգտին գործողություն կատարելու համար նրա ծնողներից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք պահանջելու եւ ստանալու համար:
