Ապօրինի կերպով թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու և պահելու կասկածանքով մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է

Օբյեկտիվ նախաքննության նպատակով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթին հանձնված` բազմադրվագ հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ քրեական գործի քննությամբ բացահայտվել է անձի կողմից ապօրինի կերպով խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու և պահելու հետ կապված հանցագործության նոր դեպք:

«Արմենպրես»-ին հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից տեղեկացրին, որ 2017 թվականի հունիս-հուլիս ամիսներին Արմավիրի մարզում տեղի ունեցած բնակարանային գողությունների, զենքի գործադրմամբ ավազակային հարձակման, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի հրազեն կրելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ  քննվող քրեական գործով կատարված նախաքննության ընթացքում տեղեկություններ են ձեռք բերվել անձի կողմից ապօրինի կերպով թմրամիջոց հայթայթելու  և պահելու վերաբերյալ: Ստացված տեղեկությունները ստուգելու նպատակով, դատարանի որոշման հիման վրա, 2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 9-ին, Արմավիր քաղաքի բնակիչ Ն. Հ.-ի բնակարանում և աշխատավայրում կատարված խուզարկություններով վերջինիս բնակարանից հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է թմրամիջոցի նմանվող 48.5 գրամ, իսկ աշխատավայրից` 421 գրամ քաշով, մանրացված և չորացված դեղնականաչավուն զանգված, որի մի մասը լցված է եղել 18 նույնատիպ թղթե փաթեթների մեջ:

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի որոշմամբ Ն. Հ.-ն նույն օրը ձերբակալվել է՝  ապօրինի կերպով թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու և պահելու կասկածանքով: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
