Կներդրվի երրորդ և հաջորդ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստն առցանց եղանակով դիմելու կարգը

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանի ներկայացմամբ ՀՀ կառավարության 2017թ. օգոստոսի 10-ի հերթական նիստում հավանության է արժանացել երրորդ և հաջորդ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստ նշանակելու /վճարելու/ համար առցանց եղանակով դիմելու կարգի վերաբերյալ որոշման նախագիծը:

Նախագծի համաձայն՝ առցանց ներկայացված տեղեկատվության հիման վրա նպաստը կնշանակվի /կվճարվի/ այն դեպքերում, երբ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությունը հնարավոր կլինի ստանալ ՀՀ քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման մարմնի տեղեկատվական բազայից:

Առցանց եղանակով նպաստ նշանակելու համար հնարավոր կլինի դիմել հետևյալ տարբերակներով.

  • www.epension.am կայքէջի միջոցով,

  • նույնականացման քարտի կիրառմամբ,

  • բջջային էլեկտրոնային թվային ստորագրության օպերատորի կողմից թողարկված բջջային կապի հեռախոսահամարի կիրառմամբ։

Առցանց ներկայացված տեղեկատվության հիման վրա նպաստ չի նշանակվի, եթե`

  • ծնողն ունի օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիություն,

  • երեխայի ծննդի պետական գրանցումը կատարվել է օտարերկրյա պետությունում,

  • նոր ծնված երեխան մահացել է պերինատալ շրջանում, և ծննդի պետական գրանցում չի կատարվել։

Երրորդ և հաջորդ երեխայի ծննդյան կապակցությամբ նպաստն առցանց դիմումի հիման վրա նշանակելուն և վճարելուն վերաբերող դրույթներն ուժի մեջ կմտնեն 2018 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից:
