Հայաստանի երկու ռազմական գործարաններ միավորվում են

ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշում ընդունեց վերակազմակերպել «65 Ռազմական գործարան» ՓԲԸ-ն «Գառնի-Լեռ» գիտաարտադրական միավորում ԲԲԸ-ն՝ միացման ձևով: Արդյունքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կդառնա «Գառնի-Լեռ» ԲԲԸ-ի 100 տոկոս սեփականատեր, որը թույլ կտա ընկերությանը ներգրավել ռազմարդյունաբերական զարգացման պետական ծրագրերում՝ համաձայն որի, ներդրումներ նախատեսվում է իրականացնել առաջնահերթ 100 տոկոս պետական ձեռնարկություններում, ինչպես նաև ընկերությանը վերաբերող հարցերով առավել հստակ և օպերատիվ կերպով մասնակցել բանակցություններում՝ միջազգային պայմանագրերի շրջանակում համատեղ ձեռնարկությունների ստեղծման գործընթացներում:
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ այս որոշման նպատակն է երկու ընկերությունների արտադրական և զորահավաքային հզորությունների միավորման միջոցով արդյունավետ դարձնել ռազմական ապրանքների վերանորոգման և արդիականացման գործընթացը: «Պարոն վարչապետ, սա մեր կառավարության քաղաքականության իրականացմանն ուղղված որոշում է՝ բարձրացնելու պետական մասնակցությամբ ձեռնարկությունների արդյունավետությունը», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:
«65 Ռազմական գործարան»-ը 100 տոկոս պետական մասնակցությամբ ընկերություն է, որի հիմնական գործունեության ոլորտն է հրաձգային զենքի, հրետանու առանձին համակարգերի նորոգման, և զորքերում տեխնիկական սպասարկման աշխատանքները, ավիացիոն խոցմ,ան միջոցների արտադրությունը:
«Գառնի-Լեռ» գիտաարտադրական միավորում ԲԲԸ-ն 98,4 տոկոս պետական մասնակցությամբ ընկերություն է, որի կառավարումը հանձնված է Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, որը զբաղվում է հրաձգային զենքերի փողերի (5,45 մմ -7,62 մմ տրամաչափի) արտադրությամբ, հրաձգային զենքերի նորոգմամբ՝ կոմպլեկտավորող մասերի, այդ թվում՝ փողերի նախագծմամբ, արտադրությամբ և փոխարինմամբ, նոր տեսակի զենքերի մշակմամբ:
