34-ամյա կնոջ դիակի վրա բռնության հետքեր են հայտնաբերվել. մահվան գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ամուսնուն

Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ մասնագիտական գործողություններ՝ 34-ամյա Մ.Աղաջանյանի մահվան բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ամուսնուն՝ կնոջը ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ և հոգեկան տառապանք պատճառելու համար։
34-ամյա Մ.Աղաջանյանի մահվան մասին ահազանգն ստացվել է 2017 թ. օգոստոսի 3-ին՝ ժամը 06:35-ին, «Շտապբուժօգնություն» ՊՓԲ ընկերությունից։ Արձանագրելով կնոջ կենսաբանական մահը՝ փորձագետները զննությամբ դիակի վրա հայտնաբերել էին բռնության հետքեր։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, նշանակվել դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն՝ կնոջ մահվան պատճառը պարզելու համար։ Դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը դեռ չի ստացվել, իսկ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին տրամադրված մահվան վկայականի համաձայն՝ կնոջ մահվան պատճառ է հանդիսանում սուր սրտանոթային անբավարարությունը։
Կնոջ վրա մարմնական վնասվածքների առաջացման պատճառները պարզելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ամուսնու հետ համատեղ բնակվելու ընթացքում կինը պարբերաբար ենթարկվել է բռնության ամուսնու կողմից։ Հերթական բռնությունը գործադրվել է 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 16-ին՝ իրենց բնակարանում, որից հետո կինը բնակության է տեղափոխվել իր հայրական տուն։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 34-ամյա կնոջ ամուսնուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 119-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
