Առողջապահության ոլորտում ընթացող բարեփոխումների և իրավական դաշտի ներդաշնակեցմամբ պայմանավորված գործադիրը փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ է կատարել նախկինում ընդունած որոշումներից մեկում՝ իրականացնելով օպտիմալացման նոր ծրագիր: Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը նշեց, որ առավել որակյալ և մատչելի բուժսպասարկում ապահովելու համար ուսումնասիրվել է «Աշտարակի բժշկական կենտրոն», «Ծաղկահովիտի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ների, «Ուշիի առողջության առաջնային պահպանման կենտրոն» ՀՈԱԿ-ի և «Մեծ Պարնիի առողջության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի գործունեությունը:

Ուսումնասիրությունից պարզվել է, որ «Աշտարակի բժշկական կենտրոն» և «Ծաղկահովիտի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ների ստացիոնար բաժանմունքները թերծանրաբեռնված են, «Ուշիի առողջության առաջնային պահպանման կենտրոն» ՀՈԱԿ-ում նվազել է կցագրված բնակչության թիվը, իսկ «Մեծ Պարնիի առողջության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական և ընդհանուր ստացիոնար բաժանմունքները թերծանրաբեռնված են և արդիական է դարձել այդ բաժանմունքների հետագա գործունեության նպատակահարմարության խնդիրը:

«Ընդունված որոշմամբ օպտիմալացման գործընթացի արդյունքում կտնտեսվի շուրջ 200 մլն դրամ, ինչպես նաև կբարելավվի առողջապահական կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսական վիճակը: Ակնկալվում է, որ ընդունված որոշումը հնարավորություն կտա նշված առողջապահական ընկերություններում ապահովել առողջապահական և ֆինանսատնտեսական ցուցանիշների բարելավում, տարածքի բնակչությանը մատուցվող բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացում», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Տերտերյանը:
