Եմենի ափերի մոտ մաքսանենգները բաց ծով են նետել 180 միգրանտների

Միգրանտների զոհվելու նոր դեպքեր են օգոստոսի 10-ին գրանցվել Եմենի ափերի մոտ, որոնց փոխադրող մաքսանենգները ստիպել են նավից նետվել բաց ծով: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Միգրացիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունը (ՄՄԿ):
ՄՄԿ-ի տեղեկատվությամբ, մաքսանենգները, որոնք միգրանտների անօրինական փոխադրումներ են կազմակերպում, ստիպել են նավից ծով ցատկել շուրջ 180 ուղեւորների: Հինգ մարդ զոհվել Է, եւս 50-ի գտնվելու վայրը հայտնի չԷ:
Այս միջադեպը տեղի Է ունեցել համանման դեպքից մեկ օր հետո, երբ մաքսանենգն ստիպել Էր նավից ծով նետվել Սոմալիից եւ Եթովպիայից ավելի քան 120 միգրանտների, քանի որ նրան թվացել Է, որ Եմենի ափերի մոտ հերթապահում են ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչները: ՄՄԿ-ի տվյալներով՝ դրա հետեւանքով խեղդվել Է շուրջ 50 մարդ:
«Փրկվածները ափին մեր գործընկերներին պատմել են, որ մաքսանենգը իրենց ջուրն Է հրել, երբ ափի մոտ նկատել Է «կարեւոր տիպերի»: Նրանք նաեւ ասել են, որ մաքսանենգն արդեն վերադարձել Է Սոմալի՝ շարունակելու իր բիզնեսը եւ նույն երթուղով Եմենի բերի նոր միգրանտների»,-հայտարարել Է Եմենում ՄՄԿ-ի առաքելության ղեկավար Լորան դե Բյոկը:
Միգրացիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության տվյալներով՝ 2017 թվականի սկզբից շուրջ 55 հազար միգրանտներ են հեռացել Աֆրիկյան եղջյուրից՝ նպատակ ունենալով հասնել Եմեն եւ նրա տարածքով տեղափոխվել Ծոցի պետություններ: Նրանցից ավելի քան 30 հազարը 18-ից ցածր տարիքի են, միգրանտների մեկ երրորդը կանայք են: ՄՄԿ-ում նախազգուշացրել են, որ նման ուղեւորությունները հատկապես վտանգավոր են Հնդկական օվկիանոսում քամիների տարեշրջանում, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի գործակալությունը:
